Check in was easy. I was given a room on the first floor and the door to the parking lot was open. Not real comfortable that just anybody could walk in at 11 PM at night. Do not get room number 105. There is no seal around the door and the laundry room is right across the hall. The first floor ice machine is also very noisy. Traffic noise from outside, not significant but the noise from inside the hotel made for a restless night. Housekeeping starts early so it was noisy in the laundry. Overall hotel was clean. A bit cramps with the bench, chair and table but good for an overnight solo trip and has shuttle to airport.

I was trying to get back home to the Big Island from Miami after a cruise. During my layover in Houston, my connecting flight was delayed due to weather. I ended up missing from flight from Houston to Kona, and ended up in San Francisco overnight. I booked this hotel, the hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice, the bed was comfortable and it was extremely clean. The complimentary morning airport shuttle was nice as well. No complaints at all.
