Did not like having to walk outside to get to breakfast area.

Stayed there for 2 nights and was to able to check in earlier than scheduled. The pool is outdoor but there were no issues as it is still in secured area and weather was good. We stayed in the second building which is separated from the first by a rail track. This can cause inconvenience at times. Overall, the stay was good.

Dark body hairs were found in my sheets in my bed when we returned late st night and when I called the desk I was initially told There was no one there to change the sheets, after arguing and not accepting that answer and asking to talk talk to a manager someone eventually came up and put new sheets and barely a comforter and the next day when the maid came we were showering so asked her to come later and they never came to clean or bring the proper sheet.

Having breakfast and free parking was a plus. Only about a half hour drive to Fisherman's Wharf. Overall, a relaxing stay.

Two down falls about this hotel. If you stay in the back building and you didn't drive but took the shuttle from the airport. The walk from the front office is down a road where you have to cross abandoned rail road tracks and an empty lot with homeless people living and be careful while walking to avoid the semi trucks from the produce warehouse that shares the road. But over all very clean and comfortable.

Will definitely be staying here again. Easy check in & out; we were upgraded to a nice large king size bedroom upon arrival by the very friendly receptionist.

Bathrooms have mold and unkept. People smoking in a non smoking hotel.

We couldn't adjust the room temperature. There was also a cigarette smell in the bathroom.

Not enough parking. Old hotel that needed updating. The tub drained very slow. The windows had no screens. The sheets were old and worn out, the fabric was all pilled up. The staff was nice and breakfast is what you'd expect.

Good location, supportive staff, clean. Secure. Had my food, but did not have fridge and microwave in my room. Team in Main reception kept my food for days in their fridge- used to take from their fridge, heat the amount I wanted to eat, and returned the remain. Was very impressed!

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. The stag was rude my key card kept deactivating, the key reader on the door that let us in the hotel was broken so I had to wait for someone to let us in. The only reason I didn't change the hotel was that there was a dog show in SF so the hotel was full of dogs. It wasn't okay for being a last minute booking just a little disappointed.

The adjustment of the water as temperature wise was not possible. It was either too cold or too hot.

The "service" at this hotel was among the worst I have ever experienced in all the hotels I have stayed at in California. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and everything but helpful. The hotel reeks so strongly of vomit that the guests had to cover their noses to walk through hotel/elevator. The showers were covered in grime and did not have hot water on one of the mornings of our stay. The location of the hotel was just as bad as the service, as any uber we requested would get lost and frustrated and eventually cancel our requests to get picked up due to the hidden nature of the building. It is located directly next to a row of warehouses with large machinery parked out front. Not to mention the Denny's restaurant directly in front of it, which surely contributed to the unbearable stench of the hotel. This hotel was so disappointing that had my flight not been so early in the morning, I would have explained each of these complaints to the front desk at checkout and demanded a refund of some sort. I will be sure to detour any friend, family, and even strangers I overhear booking this hotel to another hotel. They charged $120 per night, making the total cost for this stay $400.

The staff was friendly and professional but nothing can overcome the horrible location. The hotel is split in two buildings. In there middle is a factory and rail road tracks filled with transients. Lots of signs warning you to lock your car. I didn't feel safe. Couldn't sleep a wink. The room was clean but cheap sheets.

Room was clean, good breakfast, close to SFO Airport.

Humble but clean and quiet. Close to airport. Staff friendly.

we were disappointed that we had to walk to another building, across rail tracks in the rain to get to our room.

old hotel right next to the freeway

Not enough parking. Old hotel that needed updating. The tub drained very slow. The windows had no screens. The sheets were old and worn out, the fabric was all pilled up. The staff was nice and breakfast is what you'd expect.
