Fair. Not so great value for money. Rooms are ok comfortable, quite small, cheaply decorated. It doesn’t deliver on the ‘design hotel’ hype it promises on socials and webzines. Staff was kind and helpful fixing my reservation mistake. Location is good.

The location was amazing. The room was very spacious.

Hotel room was nice and tidy. Staff was nice, and it was nice to have a hotel near the Curran, Union Square, and a few eateries.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is as I expected, in a great part of town and the rooms are as described on line. The hotel is small and unique and it helps you appreciate the magic of the city. Josh and Gabe were great about working with me to change my room as there was unexpected power line/road work happening directly below my window, and they worked all night. Provided ear plugs and noise machines were helpful as well. Great hotel and staff.

Near union square. Easy access to different locations.

Old building. Old rooms. Noisy. Smelly. This is pretty much cheap multi story motel.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Blackout shades and comfy bed.

Everything you would expect from a high end boutique hotel. Our room was immaculate, modern and super stealth. There is this little bedside tablet who you can talk to named “ROXY” and she can play music for you, order coffee to your room, extra shampoo, towels etc.. this is the second time I’ve stayed with Hotel G and they have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Location was great, but the amenities in the hotel are not upto standards and the hotel in general feels like it needs some renovation.

Great location and very nice design. And no noise from nearby striking hotels.

Wonderful rooms, large, very comfortable. Great location, felt safe, not on a sketchy street or part of the downtown. Very happy to stay here and would again. No noise issues. Black out curtains, a fantastic bed and very efficient AC/heating made for very restful cozy sleeps. Only thing is that the staff could have been a bit friendlier and they could have had a functioning smart tv instead of only cable for the price of the hotel.

The first room they gave me was awful, it was like a closet and had the smallest window I've ever seen facing a fire escape. To their credit, when I asked to be switched to a better room, they accommodated my request.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The only bad thing was that windows were dirty on the outside, so it wasn’t so pretty to look out. It was VERY clean inside.
