Everything was great except the shower tiles were a little moldy and after a long day of tourist stuff I wanted to relax with a drink ...I was bummed that the bar closed early.

Hotel was ok nothing special. The halls were quiet and the warm cookies are good.

Nice hotel, rooms/qualiy/leanliness and staff. Good location, close to SFO. Not far from downtown via Uber if needed.

Staff was friendly. Arrived 1.5 hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early. Room was clean. Had a great view.

ALL WAS GREAT...AT CHECK OUT WE INQUIRED ABOUT PARK AND STAY ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOR THURSDAY FLIGHT AND 3 DAYS PARKING....THE PRICE TRIPLED TO WELL OVER $300.00.....THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES TO STAY IN THAT SAME AREA FOR MUCH CHEAPER AND JUST AS NICE

The only complaint I have is that for the 5 day stay, my room was only cleaned once.

Great staff and hotel. Close to airport but shuttle service was extremely slow. 1:30 mins to get to the hotel (told staffing issues). Van ride to the airport was on time.

My experience started off terrible. When I got to the counter Orbitz had not booked my reservation. Kenneth, (the man at the reservation desk), first checked the other Doubletree site and there was no reservation for me there either. Kenneth accommodated me with the same room amenities and for the same price I had booked through Orbitz. He topped that off with free parking warm fresh cookies, extra water. I mean he went over and above for me and my wife. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The Jazz in the lounge area was an added bonus. Great time!!! Thanks Kenneth!!! You are the example by which customer should be measured.

Bay view rooms were awesome. Quiet and comfortable. No complaints... Can adopt Green Technology! The room air conditioner was on when we reached the room at night. Waste of power. Don't call the hotel enquiring about shuttle service if you didn't book directly through the hotel. They guys will ask a 100 questions for a reservation u already hold. Then say your rate card is not there, etc. Till you lose your temper and ask about the shuttle guys number.

I stayed here to be close to the airport. Spent 7 days in Napa but didn't want to fight traffic to the airport in the morning. The hotel was very nice and the staff helped ship my Napa purchases home. The bus to the airport was right on time. The is a great hotel for airport convenience.

Washrooms have no tub. Overall room is Ok. It is not even a 4 star hotel. Staff is OK. Close to airport but no malls or grocery stores around this hotel. Parking was free but get packed so staff advise us to park in some other building at night time. Parking spot should be allocated to the room number. Breakfast is expensive. No buffet Our expectations were too high the way they show pictures on the website

Everything was great and smooth from the time of check in until check out.

I come to San Francisco a couple of times a year and then travel to Lake Tahoe. Fly into San Francisco for a few days before and then stay one night on my return. I like Doubletree by Hilton and have stayed at the one in Burlingame but the price per night has sky rocketed in the past few years. This Doubletree is actually nicer and less money. I hope it stays that way.

Awesome! Sucks that wifi is not free. $20 charge. Not a lot of stores or restaurant nearby.

The hotel is excellent! The staff were very kind and attentive. I strongly recommend it.

Such a great experience. Second Stop on our honeymoon en-route to Hawaii. Got and awesome upgrade just for dropping it was our honeymoon. Room was amazing. Convenience was great. Nothing to improve whatsoever.

The room was very clean. Then bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a quiet location. I loved the bath towels, shampoo and conditioner, they seemed to be good quality. The staff was friendly with the exception of one employee who brought us our towels, he was not friendly and told us they had no combs. We later asked the front desk which informed us they do have combs. The front desk also recommended New England Lobster restaurant which went to and it had amazing lobster chowder. I would definitely stay here again. Only about 20-25 mins to the city.

nice warm cookies upon arrival friendly staff free parking very comfortable bed and low soft pillows free morning coffee in lobby till 9:00am infused water during the day till late night not very impressive appearance - very ordinary (expect more for the price charged) free wifi but doesn't work very well no complimentary breakfast :(( did not grant request (two adjacent rooms)
