Welcome to our brand-new 2023 built 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo with 4 beds with living room and kitchen on the ground floor & the bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor. Brand new construction with 4 independent condos and no space is shared. Upstairs stairs condo is also a vacation rental.

We do provide beach towels & beach chairs.

Covered tandem parking for 2 medium sized vehicles.
ATTENTION: we have 2 cameras on the east side of condo which are not functional right now, were used during construction. Carport area has camera and is mainly for security purposes.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This property is in a great location... right behind Starbies, only 1 block to Belmont park and the sand/ocean/bay. Very comfortable accommodations with nice, modern finishes. We loved the hot tub, warmed and ready to enjoy! You can enjoy the 360 views from the rooftop deck. All around it was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and it iswas perfect for our family vacation, 4 adults and a toddler. We really appreciated the outside area and spent a lot of time there. The close location to Bay and Beach is great! The only reason I didn’t give five stars on location is it is a bit loud, being close to two busy streets and the roller coaster. Just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for something quieter. Austin, the property manager was awesome, super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Family Wedding Long Weekend Stay

We have stayed before in Mission Beach area but this time we needed a little more extra room which this home definitely had. We LOVED the outside patio area to have our morning coffee breakfast lunch and dinner. My husband and sons enjoyed the hot tub as well.
