Pacific Beach Spot

Perfect house for family getaway

Lovely house in a prime, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for four adults and well-stocked kitchen for eating in. The only thing that threw us was the lack of a dining table inside. It is accurately described in the listing, we just didn’t notice it until we got there. The breakfast bar is plenty big and there is a dining space on the large front patio, so it was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.and

Amazing place

Excellent place, very clean, very well equipped with a hotel style linens, full kitchen and very comfortable bedding!The location is excellent as well, quiet neighborhood with few mins drive to the ocean, sea world and downtown. Excellent host as well!Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Pacific Beach Oasis!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Pacific Beach Oasis! The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group, and the location in Pacific Beach couldn't have been better. A short walk to amazing dining options, and some of the best coffee locations PB has to offer. The cozy interior was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The back deck was a great spot for morning coffee, and the front deck was perfect for evening gatherings around the provided fireplace. The proximity to the beach and local attractions made this an ideal choice for our vacation. I highly recommend this property hosted by Evan.

Great every time!

This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as great as we remembered it! The location is perfect, the outdoor space is great, and the house has everything you need for the beach. Evan is great & communicates all the information you need. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Masters Graduation Petco Park

The property is clean organized very quiet neighborhood, very accessible to Pacific Beach and all other attractions in San Diego. The owner of this property literally thought of everything from the coffee to the towels extra pillows extra bedding extra bed so on and so forth everything was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you Evan everything!!

PB Tranquility

Our family was very fortunate to stay in this home. We use to live in the area, so we knew where everything was. This vacation rental made all the difference in a great trip back to the area or a potential flop. The owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with and provide more communication and support than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and there have been many over the years. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this home to anyone who was interested. You will not regret your destination or working with Evan. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Pacific Beach Home

This Pacific Beach home was in the perfect location for our trip to San Diego and the wonderful beaches, restaurants, and fun night life were within walking distance. The pictures and home description was very accurate. The home itself was extremely clean, well decorated and every amenity available. The beds were super comfy. Evan the owner was very responsive, and we would definitely stay in this home again!

Perfect little bungalow in North PB! Great decor, sunny and had all the necessities for our week long stay. Primary bedroom has a/c. Parking was easy...hard to find in PB!

A little hot in the summer, but great amenities and communication.

Overall I thought this was a great house. Great location and spot. There was always a place to park albeit sometimes it felt like there wouldn't be. Parking is on the street. The house was a little hot. Each day when I returned it was 80+ because no central cooling. The master bedroom had an AC unit and got cold - this was great. The other two rooms had stand up fans. My one minus overall is that there are two skyroofs in the master. It got light each morning around 6 AM. Luckily for me I had to be up early, but I thought this would have been difficult had I been on vacation and not visiting for work. Everything else was great and felt professional. Just the cooling and skyroofs are the only negatives. Overall it's a 4.5 for me, but I'm rounding up to the 5. Thank you for great communication as well!

Beautiful PB house

My friends and I loved this place and the location. It’s about a 25 min walk or 5 min drive to the beach. Perfect place to stay if you’re planning on bar hopping. The house itself is so cute and has everything you need for the stay. Only thing I would recommend on doing before checking in is definitely downloading the app. I was only checking my emails and didn’t realize the app included the code to get in the house. The host was very responsive so we were able to get in within minutes. Would love to come back!

Great spot in PB!

We had a group of friends stay here while celebrating a birthday weekend and we had a blast! Location was great—super close to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Coordinating with Evan was awesome and the house had everything we needed. Would love to come back soon!

Pacific Beach Bungalow

My family and I stayed at this beautiful bungalow in early June for a family event. The home is updated and tastefully decorated - we walked in and they had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed the open living room/kitchen area - nice open space. The bedrooms were spacious and the primary bedroom even had A/C. There are fans in each of the bedrooms which kept the house comfortable! The home is very close to the downtown area (walking distance) - was able to walk to breakfast or the beach most days! The home was immaculately clean and is well taken care of. There is a grill for bbq’s and a nice area to sit outside. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting my sister! Evan was also wonderfully attentive to any questions we had. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great, walkable, quiet neighborhood

We had a total of five people stay in the house over Easter weekend. We visited with my daughter who lives a few blocks away. I loved the neighborhood and we were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores and visit the beach without driving our car. The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I was able to cook multiple meals throughout the four days we were there and appreciated the large island to set food out on.

Lovely home-away-from-home

Excellent, quiet location

The house is located in a great, quiet residential neighborhood less than a mile from the beach. Easy access to everything in PB. Parking is street only, but this was never an issue. Highly recommended!
