We were welcomed with both a daily resort fee and a large parking fee on top of our prepayment. The place is marketed like a 4-star, but the room and cleanliness felt closer to 2-stars. Sheets had ants, bathroom had sand from previous, sink had ants. No room-cleaning service. The mattresses felt old and unclean. On the plus side, it had nice within-resort pools and calm beaches just steps way.

Fabulous and very sentimental stay!

I would highly recommend this place. I had a little mix-up with reservation and not only was Hotels.com accommodating, the venue was as well. We had our first family get together, since our daughter passed, I had just had surgery and we were celebrating 9 family member birthdays. It truly couldn’t have been more special. I will need to put some more photos together.

I've been coming to Paradise Point since it was Vacation Village. Love the location and convenience it offers and really enjoyed dinner at Tidal. I would highly recommend this resort to my family and friends including those with young children.

Paradise

We were there to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. There were eight of us in three rooms. Honestly, there’s too much good to write, so I say you just need to go. I cannot wait to go back again!

Location was amazing but dirtiest resort and customer service. Phones were down all Labor Day, room was filthy all public bathrooms filthy. But I’d go back for the location.

Very nice hotel, clean, great personal, breakfast food is ok. Too bad they dont offer umbrella & tanning beds , and need to sit on towels.
