Accommodation: This delightful, newly remodeled single family home features two bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The first bedroom offers a brand new California king-sized bed. The second bedroom  provides a brand new full-sized bed, making it perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends. A shared bathroom with walk-in shower and modern amenities ensure your convenience.

Living Spaces: The living area is a relaxing space where you can unwind after a day of exploring. It boasts a stylish yet cozy ambiance, with a 50" flat-screen HD TV and ample seating. You'll find the open-plan layout welcoming and perfect for spending quality time together.

Work Remotely: This home features a designated office area. Fully equipped with a stylish desk, ergonomic office chair, and a desk lamp with USB ports for your convenience. Office supplies, including notepads and pens, are thoughtfully provided to enhance your work-from-vacation home experience.

Kitchen: Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. It comes complete with all the essentials, including a smoothtop electric range, oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, 4-seat bar, or step outside to the private backyard for an al fresco dining experience.

Home is brand new! As you can see, host is in Super Host status. Please read through host's reviews if you need further assurance of a good stay with Cheryl Ann and co-host as your hosts. There was a lot of thought in decorating the home and equipping home with all the kitchen items necessary for a feast or cocktail hour.

Please be aware for bookings directly on our site within 2 days of check-in, we do request a picture of yourself holding your license.
