The location was great for our activities and meeting relatives who live nearby. Navid was easy to communicate with and promptly replied to our inquiries. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Clean. Good location. Traveled with 3 other bysiness associates, so having 4 separate rooms was a huge plus and rare find.Communication with host was easy, prompt, and clear.Parking in the driveway with a full-size truck was a challenge, so we parked on the street. Car or small SUV would have no issues.Putt-putt golf course in backyard was entertaining.

Modern and Stylish

The property was amazing! The interior design made for great photos and even the sofas were adequate for sleeping. So many additional features were provided like microfiber makeup cloths, board games, and a fire pit perfect for smores. This was better than any other hotel or rental I have been to. And it was only 10-15 minutes from major attractions like the beach, restaurants, Belmont and Balboa, and sea world. The host was amazing at communicating and answering all questions. You have to book this!
