The location is great. It's a short walk to the beach and bay, and there are restaurants and a couple small markets nearby. The house itself wasn't as nice as we expected. It smelled a bit musty and we noticed some mold and condensation on the windows. They didn't provide any shampoo or conditioner, just two small bars of soap in each bathroom. For hundreds of dollars a night, you'd think they could include some shampoo.We noticed the cold water in the bathtub was not working and I messaged the rental manager, letting them know about it but that it wasn't an emergency because the other tub worked just fine. They told me they would take care of it, but never gave me a specific time or day. Keep on mind, this was over Easter weekend and I wasn't sure they would come at all but some more communication would have been nice to know what to expect. There were loud parties at neighboring houses each night we were there. I know this isn't something the owners can control, but we didn't want to spend much time on the patio in the evenings because of it.
