Bienvenidos to La Anda, an enchanting retreat nestled in the heart of San Antonio! Our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse artfully blends Old World Spanish charm with modern comforts, offering an idyllic sanctuary for families, friends, leisure, and business travelers. With its prime location, La Anda is your gateway to the city's rich culture, attractions, dining, and shopping experiences.

Unwind in style in our spacious bedrooms featuring plush KING-sized beds for restful slumbers. Our elegant bathroom is thoughtfully designed with modern essentials, perfect for refreshing mornings or soothing evenings.

Don’t leave your furry friends behind! La Anda warmly welcomes pets, ensuring your loyal companions can join in the adventure.

Pet Policy

Just in case you missed it in the listing, I have a few pet rules to keep the space in an enjoyable state for future guests. Please read ahead of time to prevent incurring fees.

1.) Pets must be 2+ years of age, max of 2.

2.) Crating is required when you leave the unit or at nighttime.

3.) Dogs that bark cannot be left alone in the unit. If they are barking and disturbing neighbors, I will ask you to board your pups.

4.) Please always clean up after your pets, even outside. Poo must be immediately bagged and disposed of in the black trash can. A $300 waste removal fee will be charged if the cleaner must spend extra time picking up puppy poo in the yard.

5.) Please keep pets off furniture.

6.) Pets must be on a leash or carried when outside. The property is not fenced so off leash is not allowed.

VERY IMPORTANT: We may require an additional pet fee.

The standard fee is: $100 flat fee for up to 2 dogs.
A refundable $250 Pet Damage Deposit is required and will be refunded when no damage is found after check-out.

PLEASE NOTE: Any property damage or pet accidents result in forfeiture of all/partial damage deposit and potential further action. The owner and management company reserve the right to verify pet count, age, and animal presence in person at the unit during daytime hours, if needed.
