Great location, rooms smaller than expected as well as the pool. Have to pay for parking despite parking in the connected hotel parking lot. Marked as dog friendly but no place to take them close by. Great price for location though and included a decent kitchenette.

The hotel is very close to The Alamo and Downtown San Antonio. The room we stayed in is clean and has a mini kitchen, the complimentary breakfast was very satisfying, the only downside is the limited parking and is not free

Everything was great, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

Great customer service. Great Breakfast and staff. Thank you SA RI

Loved how close the walk is to the Alamo. Really enjoyed having the kitchenit and not having to worry about packing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, wonderful, friendly and top notch professional service. Close to the river walk, about 5 minute walk. They offered free breakfast which was nice and very helpful. Only thing is after paying for a room which wasn’t cheap, they charged you to park each day .

Great location. Loved the size of the rooms - perfect for a family of five.

Customer service was top notch. The rooms were clean but old fashioned. It is conveniently located just up the street from the riverwalk and the Alamo. Definetly would stay here for the great customer service I received.

Very nice room close to Alamodome and the Riverwalk.

Nighclub next door was a bit loud on Thursday night.

Convenient Location - close to Riverwalk (10 minute walk) or 2 min drive as well as within 15-20 min walk to downtown stores and sites and less than 10 min Drive to Hemisfair Park, the Alamo, Tower of the Americas to name a few.

Best part was the hotel personnel and closeness to downtown attractions and places of interest

We always love to stay at Residence inn. We are happy with everything here except the 25 dollars daily parking fee.

Everything positive except breakfast . Near Riverwalk and the Alamo. A lot of homeless in the area makes you nervous after dark

There were 6 of us and we were able to stay in one room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was great. Very clean and kitchen was stocked with what ever you needed to cook, we ate out. The fold out couch was not comfortable, at all, needed a better mattress. The roll a way bed was very comfortable. The hotel we stayed at wanted to charge us for the roll a way, even though it was not stated in any of the info or paper work we received, they ended up comping it. The swimming pool was very small. Breakfast was beyond great. Work out room was kind of small but clean. Would have been great if trolley stopped at the hotel or closer, we had 2 older ladies that could not do the walking required to get to the Alamo area. The staff was very friendly even the valet and we were in and out a lot.

The room was big enough to spread out and feel at home. The walk to River Walk activities was short and easy. The pool was a bit small, but our kids still enjoyed it. The continental breakfast had many options and was very good. Parking is $24/night, which wasn't listed in website. Sounds like most hotels are either that much or a little more. We would definitely go back again. Pa

Thanks for staying with us. Parking on property only holds a portion of our needs, what we have is great to have and other hotels would desire. We are forced to have an overflow option and have valet staffed at most times. There are grassy areas around, but your are correct, it’s not on property. You point out bother the good and bad of a downtown location. Thank you again!
