Everything positive except breakfast . Near Riverwalk and the Alamo. A lot of homeless in the area makes you nervous after dark

There were 6 of us and we were able to stay in one room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was great. Very clean and kitchen was stocked with what ever you needed to cook, we ate out. The fold out couch was not comfortable, at all, needed a better mattress. The roll a way bed was very comfortable. The hotel we stayed at wanted to charge us for the roll a way, even though it was not stated in any of the info or paper work we received, they ended up comping it. The swimming pool was very small. Breakfast was beyond great. Work out room was kind of small but clean. Would have been great if trolley stopped at the hotel or closer, we had 2 older ladies that could not do the walking required to get to the Alamo area. The staff was very friendly even the valet and we were in and out a lot.

The room was big enough to spread out and feel at home. The walk to River Walk activities was short and easy. The pool was a bit small, but our kids still enjoyed it. The continental breakfast had many options and was very good. Parking is $24/night, which wasn't listed in website. Sounds like most hotels are either that much or a little more. We would definitely go back again. Pa

It was a good experience. It was walking distance from all amenities.

very nice hotel with warm welcome from the staff. Rooms were spacious with microwave.

We were very pleased with the hotel, service, environment, location, it was a very good experience. I only advice to ask to the guests to go to the breakfast area properly dressed, Thank you.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in the front desk was friendly, she even upgraded me to a two bedroom suite. It was so nice it felt like I had my own apartment. The location is good to just be able to wanly to the Alamo Plaza and riverwalk.

This was perfect for our trip. We were close enough to the Riverwalk to walk to it, but also it was easy to go visit other parts of San Antonio.

My family stayed at this hotel for the weekend to go to SeaWorld and Six Flags. The drive to and from both locations were under 30 minutes. The walk down to the Alamo and Riverwalk were under 10 minutes. So the location is terrific. The room assigned to us was amazing. It was a suite with everything including dishes and a dishwasher. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The Texas shaped waffles at the breakfast bar was an added treat. After all was said and done, my family and I will definitely be staying here anytime we visit San Antonio. For the price, this hotel can't be beat.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely set up and clean but my girlfriend said the pillows were too stiff. The location of 5 he hotel was great everything was in walking distance. Overall we were greatly pleased I would recommend this hotel

Everything was great, just a little disappointed with the tiny pool. Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was awesome, room was very nice!

Iv staying in lots of hotels. This is by far the best one Iv stayed in. Loved that each room had the privacy and space a family may need. The beds where clean and made the pains of the day go away.

My family let me pick the hotel this year and like always, momma made everyone happy. Like they say happy wife happy life. My husband loved the privacy, my children loved the views and I loved the cloud like beds... very clean and soft.

very comfortable and clean room the pool was really small and breakfast room also.

Room was as expected for this price range. Staff was friendly/helpful, asked for extra towels/blankets and they were brought up asap. Pool was small and crowded. Breakfast was great.. Location also great close enough to walk to Alamo/riverewalk but far away enough that you're away from the crowds. there is a gay bar right next door but we didn't hear or see anything when passing.

Great location from riverwalk and downtown. Near enough were you can walk to these attractions and not too close you have to play the big $$. Great accommodation, safe parking and child friendly.

This hotel was so wonderful. We arrived early & were allowed to check in 2 hrs early! It cost $24 a day for valet parking, but it was well worth it. Our room was immaculate & completely stocked with dishes, pans-even a dishwasher!! We were just a 3 minute walk from the Alamo, Riverwalk, the mall, & shops. The staff was so friendly & helpful. We all voted to stay at this hotel next trip!

Very nice spacious room for four adults. We were even able to cook dinner in the kitchen. We slept comfortably. I've never stayed in a Residence Inn and would certainly do it again

We had a great experience. Close to the expo, race start and finish (about a mile). They opened the awesome breakfast early on race morning and had everything a run would want. Course ran right in front of the hotel so family/friends could cheer. Late check out for $30 till 6pm was perfect. Gave us time to run, shower and eat all before we had to check out and head to the airport. Staff was SO friendly! Close to the Alamo. Full kitchen and sofa/hide-a-bed. Would stay again.

Very clean..good value..very close to the riverwalk and the alamo
