Pros: right on riverwalk trail, next to Blue Star restaurants; clubhouse with ping pong and drinks; pool; remote help during stay was very polite, responsive, and courteous. Clean flat.Cons: A/C broken- temp window units in bedrooms, hot in 3rd sleeping area, very loud all night due to window units requiring open windows and apartment near train tracks and on street next to a restaurant. The only elevator was broken requiring walking and luggage up/down 3-4 flights of stairs. Only 1 access fob so whole party has to stay together or only 1 person/group can leave the apartment at any time (incl. going to the gym/clubhouse). One of the comforters was stained when we checked in- they replaced the following day. No access to parking provided- access card was not working and checked many different solutions with the phone agents but there was no backup solution. Check-in video is outdated so it is wrong. No sheets provided for 4th pullout bed, they brought them the following day. No curtains, very bright with sunrise. Help during stay was an answering service (Philippines?)- they don't have any pull with the property managers, they don't have anyone who can physically come help, they don't know what is going on with the property. They work in shifts and multiple times didn't know what issues I had already worked with the prior agent.
