A couple of times I was upset when folks slammed the door at 7 in the morning or had their noises children in the hallway before it was time to get up. I should’ve called the front desk though, just to give them the opportunity to fix the problem.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe. The hot breakfast was nice. It was easy to get in and out and of the hotel and the parking was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and the next time we stay in San Antonio we will be staying there.

I had to have surgery on Monday Oct 2nd and again on Friday Oct 13th. This facility makes it easy to get to and from the medical plaza.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to I-10. The room came with refrigerator and microwave, neither of which was perfect -- the microwave glass plate was extremely loud as it rotated, while the refrigerator lacked a freezer compartment. The air conditioner was also very loud, although it cooled efficiently. The room had an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. The housekeeping staff did a good job in cleaning, but I noticed that the shower wasn't cleaned properly -- the same hair that was on the shelf on Day 1 was still there on Day 7. I also noticed a few long strands of hair (probably the housekeeper's) in the sink when I returned at night on Tuesday and on Friday. The pool and the breakfast buffet were good, and the staff was uniformly very good. The overall property condition was good, and they have a security guard watching the parking lot at night. Overall I felt safe, and it was a comfortable stay.

Got locked out of my room for an hour, the hotel provided no shampoo refills for my stay. Wasn't apologized too nor compensated for either inconvenience.

The only problem I had was not being able to use the motel's shuttle service to and from the hospital, the reason being was because I booked through a 3rd party and not directly through them so it cost a total of $20 per day for a taxi so that added a extra $100 to my stay. Just kinda frustrating waiting out front for a taxi when the motel shuttle was parked right there not in use. The staff & room were great however!

Very good hotel and staff, second time I've stayed there.

The only complaint I can think of is the AC unit never cuts off.. other than that, great place to stay for the price!

great place to stay.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe. The hot breakfast was nice. It was easy to get in and out and of the hotel and the parking was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and the next time we stay in San Antonio we will be staying there.

good for medical reasons

The hotel is well located, with easy access to I-10. The housekeeping staff did a good job in cleaning, but I noticed that the shower wasn't cleaned properly -- the same hair that was on the shelf on Day 1 was still there on Day 7. Got locked out of my room for an hour, the hotel provided no shampoo refills for my stay. Wasn't apologized too nor compensated for either inconvenience.
