The hotel and the room were clean. There was a leaky toilet in our room but the problem I had was that my wife and I ran to Starbucks and left the door ajar with the horizontal lock, with my elderly mother in the room. While we were gone, a man with a clipboard came walking into the room without knocking and was shocked when he saw my mother in there. She was scared to death and he said he was checking because the door was left ajar. Why not reach in, turn the lock and shut the door instead of walking on in? I confronted the front desk and they went and got him and I confronted him and told him that was the actions of a thief and not if someone concerned with securing the room. From that point on, we took all valuables with us whenever we left the hotel. Will never stay there again knowing that they will walk right on in your room, even if you have the do not disturb placard on the outside of the doorknob. And I don’t anyone to stay there after this

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very easy to access the hotel from I-10. The breakfast was good. The area for improvement was the fruit options.

Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them

The hotel was nice, the ice machine didnt work so you had to get ice in ziploc bags, our ac in our room didnt blow cold air and we told them about it and they supposedly sent maintenance but it still wasnt cold and the one little bottle of bodywash they gave complimentary was ridiculous. They breakfast they gave was great.

Staff was excellent! The bed was extremely comfy! Room was nice and cold and very roomy. Continental breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was that the room smelled a little moldy.

Always a great stay here. The staff was friendly and remembered us. Pretty short drive to stores and restaurants, and less than 20 minutes to UTSA which was why we came.
