The perfect spot for us to stay. Quiet neighborhood, close enough to the downtown area, house was great!! Had everything we needed for our stay. Beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was clean and in a safe area. We came to ski and Utah didn’t disappoint. Brighton and Alta isn’t far away. There was a heater provided for downstairs area. We like it cold when we sleep so it was fine with us. The only thing renters need to be aware of is the garage. The ceiling is Very low. Thankfully we rented a van so it was short enough. I am 5’5 and I could easily touch the ceiling. Therefore parking could be a big issue for some people.

The property was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near a variety of shops (food, clothing, pharmacy, etc.).I would definitely recommend this stay and would happily rebook if I’m ever back in SLC.Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This was a terrific place to stay for a ski week and to visit friends and family. It was super clean, convenient to both mountains and downtown/freeway and thoughtfully appointed with nice art, new fixtures etc. The garage was a plus and the location was quiet and safe. We’d stay again!! Communication and check in/out was great and the property manager was very responsive.

Had a great stay. Thanks for everything. We did have a problem with the you tube TV yesterday. We could not watch football games because it said we were outside the area ( in Las Vegas if that makes sense to you). So I logged into my account. But when I logged out it needed your password to log back in to your account. So someone will have to do that for the next guest if you intention is to have that available for them. Thanks again

We were in town for a family event. It was so nice to have a place that everyone could come together and spend our time with each other. This was a great stay. Easy to check in, tons of space, so much better than getting a hotel.

Peace and quiet

This was the perfect place for us. Quiet, little dead end road across from an elementary school. Perfect for evening walks. Set off the main road so no street noise. And so close to movie theater, and our two favorite places to eat, Eggs in the City and Harbor seafood and steak . Also quick access to the freeway to take you anywhere in the SLC area. We will definitely keep this place on our radar for our trip next year.

A great stay, and a great host.The neighborhood is older and undergoing some revitalization. It is quiet, safe and the location is absolutely perfect. Central and close to everything - downtown, U of U, ski areas, etc. Ample restaurants and shopping within minutes.The unit is wonderful. Some of the cabinets and fixtures are older and show some signs of use, but everything was absolutely clean and squared away. Ample linens, towels, coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were in perfect working order.The host is extremely professional and attentive. Communication is clear and timely. We were gone during the day when the home monitoring system alerted the host to a potential problem with the AC unit. The host dispatched a repair service to remedy the problem and we never noticed any issue whatsoever. Arrival and departure instructions are clear and straight forward. Overall a very good experience on all fronts. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Good for a family trip

We enjoyed this home and location. Getting around SLC was easy from here. The home was clean and outfitted with plenty of beds and kitchen items. We really appreciated having a double garage so that overnight parking felt safe. I thought the kids would use the Playstation, and they were excited about it---but ours never found the time as they were busy exploring the city. Our group were 2 grandparents and grandchildren with ages ranging from 15 to 22. Lovely home.
