Staff was great. Tv in room didnt work and they came to room qiuckly and then gave another room when it didnt get fixed. The parking want great, only one way in and it was very congested. Only stayed one night and it was good, peaceful and i would stay again.

Rough experience - felt unsafe

I reserved 2 rooms for our trip passing through to move our daughter from California to ND. When we arrived, we were given our keys. One room that was assigned to us was already occupied and we walked in on a couple at 11:00 PM. We were mortified! The other room had a very broken pullout sleeper sofa, that was also extremely dirty. When i told the clerk, he made a comment about them having a new shipment coming in but it being backed up due to some corporate bureaucracy. We had to be reassigned for both rooms. While the hotel staff was kind and accommodating with reassigning the rooms, it was disappointing to have had this experience in the first place. One room was upgraded, which was great, but the other reassigned room’s sleeper sofa’s mattress had food and lots of debris on it. I had to double layer the sheets to feel comfortable about my teen son sleeping on it, and even with the double layers he sneezed and coughed with allergies all night and all day the next day. Would not recommend staying here. Lots of homeless people in parking lot and one who was screaming in the stairwell next to our room and asking my husband for money when he went to check to see if she was okay. This was scary because our belongings were in our moving trailer out in the lot. The place appears safe and clean on the outside, but once night comes, it’s not. This was just an overall rough experience.

Please Find Somewhere Else to Stay

This was the worst stay at a hotel/motel I’ve ever had. First of all, the area felt so unsafe. People were standing on the balcony watching us take our stuff out of the car. We didn’t feel safe leaving a single item in our car overnight. Check in took forever because the front desk worker was trying to help multiple people with different things at once. Once we checked in and got to the room, we realized the pull out couch bed did not have sheets or a blanket. We went and requested a sheet and a blanket and was told she “would have to go find it.” So we waited, then she said actually we don’t have any but I will go find some and have them for us in about an hour. When we went back in the hour to get them, she said she never left and never went to go find it. So she said for us to go to our room and she will bring them to us. Guess what, 11 pm…12 am…no sheets no blanket. We eventually just had to go to sleep. Mind you this is at least 5 hours after we have checked in and requested a sheet and a blanket. My family had to sleep on a bare mattress. Our blinds were broken in multiple places so lights shined through the window all night. There was a strand of hair on the counter in the bathroom when we first got there. The shower drain was clogged and did not drain when running the shower. There is major construction on the street in front of the place so it’s confusing and difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. I can go on.

Very convenient for going to the park and going shopping. Had to spend several days there and although the room was not big it never felt limiting since the back of the hotel has a little park with a river running through it. After parking the car I was able to do everything walking since it is in a very nice part of town. At reception they had their good days and their quite unfriendly days... wish they were more patient and friendly

Do not stay here unless you would like to be scammed. Very very very dirty, outdated, no gym as advertised, no breakfast, staff unsure what amenities they have, and did not offer room service during our stay. Would not recommend to anyone

This was a reasonably nice property with a great night staff, but surprising technical issues with checking in in the middle of the night and loitering questionable people on site made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. -driving from SF, we called twice to confirm we could check in late. We were told about "night audit" but were not informed that we could not check during it. We arrived at 12:55 am but were not allowed to check in until 2:15. -once in the room, my daughter found the tub unclean, and when one of afformentioned characters knocked on the door, we discovered the phone not connected and the wall socket was destroyed. -breakfast is barely more than coffee and cheap prepackaged muffins. -because our car was full, we opted to park it at neighboring hotel with better security.
