Our one night stay at this ESA was very disappointing. The check-in staff were courteous but to sign in we had to sign lots of paperwork and they would not let us split the bill (we had just split the bill at the Town House Motel in Winnemucca, NV the night before and did not have to sign so many papers). When we got to our room, the door wouldn't open (the security latch on the inside had locked) and it took someone from the front desk 5-10 minutes to get it open. The ESA had been resurfacing the hallways and one side of the hotel was blocked off, but our side was open and unfortunately the fumes from the resurfacing were very bad. We had to run the fan all night to try to keep the smell of the fumes to a minimum. They had a very small grab-and-go breakfast. Their free WiFi did not have good bandwidth (I streamed a basketball game and it was very blurry); you had to pay for higher bandwidth. Overall, we were happy with the location (close to family in the SugarHouse area of SLC, but we were disappointed with the hotel.

It was awesome and the hotel staff were awesome people for being in such good spirits and such good people skills. I wouldn't mind staying there again sometime in the near future. I booked my room online and they didn't give me any trouble when I checked in. Kept it very professional and very polite.

Just super gnarly. Clean enough and the staff was great but ugh! The building was awful.

Deluxe room what we had should not have this name. Advertised breakfast it's not even continental, just coffee and small packaged sweets ,with no seats in the lobby. We decided to stay because of location and short length of stay.

the prime positive of this hotel is its location. if you need to be in the sugar house area of salt lake city, this is the place, as they say. despite the name, you can stay for just 1 night if you choose. no breakfast at all, just a coffee pot in the lobby. AC works nicely, rooms are small but serviceable, and clean. you also might appreciate the kitchenette where you could cook if you chose.

No parking, room wasn't very clean. Room was unlocked and door not all the way closed upon arrival.

Booked our hotel months in advance for 2 queens. The staff tried to put us in a room with 1 queen and a pullout justifying that this was 2 queens. Will never go there again.

Room is located near sugar house park. Really nice location . Dog friendly. Staff is really nice .

Bathtub would not drain water. Toilet would not flush correctly. Noisy air conditioning system below us kept us up all night. The front desk clerk basically told me they do not trust their housekeeping staff Not to steal things from the room. Also someone got stuck in the elevator so I was not able to use it and had to walk down three flights of stairs with my baggage.

Mildew in bathtub surround, stains on towels, old and in disrepair. Very disappointing because is the only option currently in the sugar house location. We stayed the rest of our trip at the Hampton on foothill for the same price and it was fabulous- go there instead.

When i was taking a shower a maid let herself into my room and stole my gallon of milk out of my fridge and then they kicked me out of my room!!

This hotel was great, convenient location, clean and the bed was awesome. So comfortable that I wanted to bring it home with me. I am a return customer due to the location and great experiences. I was visiting Salt Lake because of a death in my family and the staff expressed their concern for my well- being. Many thanks to them!

I stayed here for 3 night and it was never once cleaned, they left me a new towel, that was about it. The phone didn't work, and 3 workers tried to get into my room at random times. The elevator was scary and I thought I was going to get mugged waiting for it. Also, I got in at 5AM from work and my key didnt work, so i had to wait for an hour to get a new key! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

This was a one night stay as I had to catch a plane out early the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. So enjoyed the location as I had to pick up some last minute items. Happened upon some treasures for my next stay. All in all a pleasant stay and effortless.

The location and staff are by far the best draws for the stay. Lots of shopping (healthy food, clothing, speciality stores, crafts and discount) large selection of restaurants for fast and sit down. It is tucked away so traffic noise is not as issue. With the running stream, natural trees and landscape it provides a haven for quiet refleciton. The park is close by for jogging or walking pleasure. Very much enjoyed my stay and will return.

Staff were excellent in replacing a noisy refrigerator, providing additional linens, and directions. Surprising Mom and Sister for Mother's Day worked out great. I was thrilled to find that I could get a lower room rate; especially since this was an impromptu trip.

We flew in for a funeral and picked this hotel since we had stayed there in the past. Our last visit to Salt Lake City was in 2004 and the hotel was in much better condition at that time.

I realize this hotel is inteded for longer stays, but that doesn't mean our room shouldn't have been clean. Our front door was badly dented in as if someone had tried to break in with a hammer. A very frightning first impression for 3 girls staying alone. Our toilet seat had crusty drops on it, and under it when lifted. Floaties in the toilet. The kitchen counter was dirty with sticky drops and cup stains. The light switch had what looked like a dried blood stain. A gum wrapper and m n m's were on the floor. A spider on the wall and hairs in both beds. Straight and curly hairs if you get the picture. The sheets in the one bed looked wrinkled as if they hadn't been changed. At 3:00 a.m. I heard a loud noise of metal pipes or a metal roof being pounded on. That lasted about 30 minutes. I complained about none of these things. Just sucked it up and couldn't wait to check out and never return.

GReat location, but no Pool. clean comfortable rooms.
