The apartment is extremely pleasant, with a tourist license, very quiet area and is located at the Cape de Salou (Cap Salou)
Groups of friends are not accepted. Only for families and couples
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary equipment, air conditioning throughout the floor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
There is elevator and a large terrace of 15 mt2, (the terrace has no pool views).
There is a large community garden and we are close to the beach, where you can access well.
10 minutes by car is Port Aventura and Park Aquopolis de la Pineda
We do not have a private parking lot, but parking in the streets around is easy and is free all year.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

Emplacement au top pour des familles. La résidence qui est constituée de 2 bâtiments à une piscine commune, mais très applicable. Nous n'étions pas dans le centre de Salou et cela est très agréable car beaucoup plus au calme. Loli, la personne qui nous a accueilli d'une extrême gentillesse.
