Immerse yourself in the heart of the Marais Breton Vendéen during your stay in this cottage surrounded by tidal channels, located 3 km from the village of Sallertaine, a designated "City & Crafts" destination. You'll have the opportunity to visit the windmill in Rairé (2.3 km) and explore the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts (13 km). This single-story house (accessible by one step) comprises a living/dining/kitchen area with a wood-burning stove, three bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds), a shower room, a toilet, and a storage room. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden at the rear of the house (garden furniture, barbecue) and a private covered terrace at the front (picnic table, stone barbecue). You can park your car under a reserved wooden carport. This accommodation does not have internet access.

Access to the cottage is via a path. The accommodation is located very close to the owners' residence. You may encounter their animals in the courtyard in front of the house: a peacock, dogs, and cats. Two sheep also graze in a nearby enclosed area.

Check-in is from 6:00 PM on weekdays.

Heating is included. One basket of firewood is provided.
