Immerse yourself in the heart of the Breton Vendée Marshes during your stay in this cottage surrounded by streams, located 3 km from the village of Sallertaine, labeled "Ville & Métiers d’Art". You will have the opportunity to visit the Rairé windmill (2.3 km) as well as discover the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts (13 km). This single-story house (access by 1 step) consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen with wood stove, three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a 160 cm bed and one with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom, a toilet and a storeroom. Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed plot of land at the back of the house (garden furniture, barbecue) and a private covered terrace at the front of the house (picnic table, stone barbecue). You can park your car under a wooden shelter reserved for you. This accommodation is not equipped with internet access.

Access to the cottage is via a path. The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home. You may encounter their animals in the courtyard in front of the house entrance: peacocks, dogs, and cats. Two sheep are also kept in a nearby enclosed area.
