This house, attached to a shed not used by the owner, offers a peaceful retreat where nature, relaxation, and discovery blend together. You'll enjoy a pleasant balcony, a welcoming courtyard, and a vast, unfenced outdoor space, ideal for relaxing or al fresco dining. Just a stone's throw from the cottage, you'll be charmed by a pond inhabited by peacocks, ducks, and swans, as well as the soothing presence of a few donkeys—a real treat for children and animal lovers alike. There are many places to visit during your stay: discover the mining museum in Brassac, the Mailhat church in Lamontgie, the amethyst museum in Vernet-Chaméane, the Richard de Bas mill, Le Puy-en-Velay, the Garabit viaduct designed by Gustave Eiffel, the salmon house in Brioude, a lake 15 km away with swimming, fishing, children's playground, a treetop adventure park with zip lines, a picnic table, and many walks in the Cézallier or the Monts du Forez mountains...
