Gite on 2 levels in the house adjoining those of the owners. 1st floor (access by an external staircase): kitchen-living room, a bathroom (shower and WC). 2nd floor: mezzanine with void on living room (1 Rapido Express sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm), a bedroom in the attic (1 sofa with 2 separate mattresses 80x190 cm placed on a trundle bed base 160x190 cm). Total floor area: 42 m² including attic areas. Shared garden. In the heart of a hamlet, 19 km from Chambéry, semi-detached stone house with the owners with a private outdoor dining area in a shared garden. Private parking for 1 car. Shops and services open all year round 7 km away at Les Echelles or Entre-Deux Guiers. Marked trail from the cottage to the historic site of the Grottes de St Christophe. Between lakes and mountains, hamlet ideally located at the gateway to the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park and RivierAlp, leisure center with ecological swimming 7 km away, Via Chartreuse cycle route and family discovery trail, between Savoie and Isère. Lake Aiguebelette 21 km away and Lake Bourget 26 km away with supervised swimming and water sports.
