Harbor Island Condo.

Property was nice. View was great. Condo was comfortable. Babies that were not potty trained were in the pool. I only mention it because there was a sign posted. Some lights did not work. The one over the vanity came on once. The bathroom was a little dark. The switches that you thought would go to some of the lights, didn’t. There wasn’t much to do in the immediate area. Not the property’s fault. Overall it was a nice property.

DONT GET LOCKED OUT

We came Monday expecting to be able to get into the condo and was unable to get in the condo due to the lock not working for 3 hours and us trying multiple times and my husband tries one more time and it finally unlocks after 3 hours amd the locksmith couldnt even get in the condo and he jad to replace the lock which Brad didnt want to pay for and said it was an user error!!! Well the new lock works for 2 days no issue then we come back and the lock is messed up again and get in we have to wait 2 hours for the same locksmith to break the lock since he couldnt even get into it and showed us there was moisture in the lock and had to replace it.yet again but it was our fault and i have videos and pictures of proof it was happening and they wouldnt refund us or apologize to us since it was the lock!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Plus it is up 3 flights of stairs!! No elevator and they bathroom towel rack came out the wall!!!
The towel rack was coming out the wall and they told us just put it under the sink
It was "professionally cleaned"

Weekend getaway!

This home had everything we needed. Comfortable, awesome views, easily accessible, and in a quiet, beautiful community. We spent time at Hunting Island State Park enjoying the beach, shelling, biking and miles of trails. A great trip all around!

Harbor Island

First time visiting this area and loved it. Condo was great, beach was not crowded which is what we like. Kids loved the pickle ball and basketball court. Not a commercialized area which was perfect. Local restaurants were all great. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing!!

This is an amazing property with ocean and pool views. The girls loved being able to walk over to the pickleball courts as well as large pool. The property does require you to climb 3 flights of stairs so make sure you are physically able to do that. Once inside, the beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of clean linen. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes. The balcony is great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Communication with the property management was excellent. They responded quickly! Also provided pass to nearby Hunting Island and a later checkout time. Excellent stay!!

Great Spring Break!

We had a great time as always at Harbor Island! I loved the location of the condo. The view was my favorite of any place we’ve ever stayed on the island. Absolutely beautiful!

Very good

Property was ocean front with short walk to beach. Location was further away from commercial areas than desired. Condo was on third floor which was very inconvenient due to our age. I wish we had known beforehand. Condition of the condo was good and was well equipped. Roku tv was very difficult for us to operate since we had very little experience with it. We experienced a problem with the door lock. Owner was very responsive but we were locked out for over two hours. Overall I would rate the facility and our experience as very good. Owner was very accommodating.

Nice place to stay

I liked the walk to the river/ ocean. Nice view. Everything was clean. Wish they had provided at least 1 coffee, sugar, creamer, to start out the first morning. Absolutely no condiments. Only a salt and pepper.

Good... and not so good

First the good: Generally speaking, the inside of the condo was clean. The kitchen was new and had all the needed supplies. The washer and dryer came in handy. The view from the balcony looks out over the ocean. The overall location is convenient. It is located close to the state park and the condo comes with the park pass. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and the pool. Now the not-so-good: there were some issues with the condo itself. Some areas are in desperate need of an upgrade: the bathrooms and mattresses are both pretty run down. The carpeting on the balcony and entryway needs to be replaced and the seated is very limited on the balcony. All of this could be overlooked but the beach itself, I feel, was not as advertised. It was virtually unswimmable in that you literally had to walk a hundred yards into the ocean and still could be knee-deep in water. There were literally no waves (it was silent). This could be a product of the weather though even calm beaches have a gentle surf. Make sure to bring bug spray for the morning and evening hours. While it was beautiful in its own way (sunsets / wildlife) it wasn't what you typically would expect when going to the beach. We were forced to drive a short distance to the state park each day to enjoy a "real" beach.

We had a great stay. Accurate description of property. Just steps away from pool and beach. Will stay again in the future. Only negative and it isn’t really a negative. Make sure to stock in before you arrive. There isn’t much around as far as grocery shopping.

Million Dollar View

The unobstructed view from the balcony was breathtaking. Not only was there a pool in view but the beach was within steps to the ocean. The condo was very nice and the accommodations were great. I have family in the Beaufort area so I will definitely return! Thank you so much Brad!
