The place is clean, peaceful and, quiet. The guest(s) can enjoy the biking & walking trails the area has to offer. The place is right next to Empire Golf Course, a plus for Golf enthusiast!

By booking this property the guest agrees to the following: The host requests no pets, no party , no undeclared guest, quiet time is from 10 PM-6AM. NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the patio. Be respectful of the space and the neighbor, agree to owner and HOA rules, no mailbox access, no attic access, all appliances, fans, lights and HVAC systems must be turned off when not at the property or damages paid by tenant.
