Beautiful cozy home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Right off of 99 Freeway in Elk Grove. Close to shopping centers, 10 minutes away from Sky River Casino, 10 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, Restaurants and many more!
Our home is kids and family friendly. Families can enjoy the backyard without leaving to the park. Enjoy the hot tub all while the family is together!
Home has 4 Bedroom with Master Room Downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs loft area has 1 Queen size sofa bed for guests. Enjoy pool table downstairs with the family.

Overall a Good Stay, But Cleanliness Could Be Improved

I had an overall pleasant stay—the place was cozy and comfortable, and the location worked well for my trip. However, I did notice a few issues with cleanliness. When we opened the sponge from the wrapper the sponge was already damped, almost as if the sponge had just been sealed up without drying properly, which didn’t feel very sanitary. Additionally, some of the dishes in the cabinet weren’t thoroughly clean. It wasn’t a major issue, but a little more attention to detail with cleaning would definitely improve the experience. Other than that, everything else met expectations.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this rental home while attending a family wedding at a winery in Clarksburg. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. One of the highlights was the outdoor playground—it was perfect for the kids and gave them plenty to do while the adults relaxed.The hot tub was another favorite. It was large, very clean, and the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick, clear, and super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly, well-maintained place to relax.
