There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.

Beds were hard, no working lights in the stairwells (no elevators) and very limited breakfast options. Your 2nd floor balcony is a shared balcony with the whole floor but the only access is through your room.
Room looked clean, easy access from the bridge and the fire pit was a nice perk when arriving later in the evening. A/C worked well too.
