This Florida escape offers accommodations for up to 6 guests all in the comfort of a home that takes you back to paradise with its unique craftsmanship and beauty!



Open the front door to a bright and large living room, with soaring tray ceilings that leads you outside through large pocket split sliding glass doors. Modern furnishings in neutral tones blend seamlessly with the backdrop of the sparkling pool! You can snuggle together to watch your favorite shows in the large flat screen TV or stretch out with a good book in hand.



The kitchen and sunny dining room flow nicely into the living room providing an open concept. The chef in the family will fall in love with the kitchen being the heart of this home with an oversized island and breakfast bar, boasting granite counter tops, plenty of cabinets, pantry, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need to cook your favorite recipes! In addition, you will find that filling pots on the stove has never been easier with the pot filler faucet above the range - designed to make it easy to fill cooking vessels quickly and without the walk from the sink to the stove.

The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders to the pool area. The elegant en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities and a custom walk around shower. Two more bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of this home giving guests a wing of their own. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen smart TV, walk-in closet, and sliders to the pool area. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen smart TV, and a walk-in closet.



The family bathroom offers a single vanity, walk in shower, and access to the pool area. All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. This home has cable TV and Wi-Fi. In the 3-car garage, you can find bikes and beach gear (includes beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler) all for guests use! Now also offering a commercial grade ping pong table in the garage for guests to enjoy. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



After a fun day on the beach, you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail in the outdoor wet bar…relax or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers. The outside lanai and pool cage enhances your view, fully connecting you to the outdoors and unique Florida vegetation & wildlife. The large pool is heated during the winter months. There is also a standalone gas grill, perfect for entertaining and quality family time!



If it's an outdoor adventure you crave, you won't be disappointed! There are 2 community parks nearby - The Rotonda Community Park and Preserve. Offering tennis courts, bike path, children playground, and a large pavilion where you can enjoy a picnic after getting your morning exercise routine done. Broadmoor Park is also nearby, offering nice walking trails, seating benches, beautiful tropical landscaping, and water views!



Ideally situated just minutes away from the local beaches at Boca Grande Island and Englewood with first class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. Complete your vacation experience with a fishing tour, kayaking our waterways, or enjoying the gulf sunsets by the beach. The gorgeous white sandy beaches are full of activities; shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a 20-minute drive. In addition, there are many public golf courses and numerous great local restaurants available for you to enjoy.
