Villa Rotonda

Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. We are already in for 2026 and 2027!Well done team Villa Rotonda!!!Thanks,Rick

Great location

This location is excellent. A quiet neighborhood easy biking and walking trails. 15 min to nearby beaches, state park and hiking areas. We loved the heated pool and bikes. Fantastic bike trail nearby. The neighbors were great. The manager is wonderful and quickly responded to us. The house is very well stocked we did not need a thing. Loved the vacation.

Multigenerational family vacation

Property was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes, and the nearby biking/walking trail. The pool was equipped with floats, noodles, and plenty of loungers in the shade or sun. The kitchen had everything you needed including spices and condiments in the fridge. The house was very comfortable, and in a nice quiet area. Loved all the birds and wildlife around. Restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Vicky was very easy to work with and responded very quickly. We had a great vacation. Peter R.

Home way from home

Met all our expectations. Villa welcoming and well appointed. Vicky was great, easily contactable and dealt any issues quickly. As we have been to area many times before knew the location and it is still great, ideal for chilling.

An Excellent Adventure

I cannot say enough nice things about this VRBO experience. From the ease of booking to the quick responses by the owner to my (many) questions and the comfortable, spacious, well appointed accomodations. A lovely vacation. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great restaurants and grocery store near by. And the beaches. . . oh my . . . the beaches are to die for. But it really was the VRBO that made the vacation fabulous. Thank you so very much.

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home! There were a couple of issues we had but they were taken care of by the owner relatively quickly. The pool was the highlight, heated to a perfect temperature- my kids were happily swimming in 15C some mornings! Would stay here again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house had everything that we needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed listening to the birds while we were outside. Contact with Vicki was great and she was very responsive. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Enjoyed the pool, peace, and weather!

We absolutely loved our stay in Florida and really enjoyed the pool! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We definitely had a great time! Just a few small, inexpensive updates would make it even better. I think some of the sheets could be replaced (they were clean but pilly and could use new floor matts in the bathrooms, and needs new pool cover). I wish the washing machine had been a little new (didn't have a gentle cycle) but otherwise, it was what we needed! Vicky, the property manager, was super responsive! Anytime we had a question, she got back to us right away. Very helpful! The area was nice and quiet and not near a lot of businesses. For my husband and I, this was just fine. When our two college aged sons came to visit, they were wondering where all the fast food places were (Chipotle!) when they got hungry for their 4th meal of the day but they also had a great time. We loved seeing the wood storks that would appear outside the pool area, enjoyed the beaches, shopped in Venice, ate at the Englewood Seafood Festival, and explored other nearby locales. Great vacation!

Our second time here

Once again we enjoyed the stay. The pool got plenty of use. We finally got to see an alligator in the neighborhood. The wildlife was all around us this year. Saw an armadillo for the first time just a few feet from the house! Saw a wild boar on the way back from Boca Grande (to watch the sunrise). Saw a swimming turtle in the canal and a few different tortoises in the neighborhood. The great blue heron, white ibis and wood stork came to the lanai often. Our experience here is making us want to move to Florida permanently. I thank God for such a wonderful experience and great house we got to call home for two weeks.

Very Comfortable Family Home

We very much enjoyed Villa Rotunda. The house was clean and very homey. The location is perfectly situated for access to the surrounding areas of Boca Grande, Englewood, Venice and Punta Gorda. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and the access to beach chairs and umbrellas for our trips to Boca Grande Beaches. The kitchen was well stocked I really enjoy cooking and I was able to make great meals for my family everyday. The grill was very handy to have as well. We are looking at renting again this time next year.

Just perfect

This house was exactly as described and pictured . The owner thought of everything. It was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. Nicely stocked in case you forgot anything ie condiments. The neighborhood is also very nice to walk with a nearby park. Just loved it.

Spring Break 2022

I want to thank Vicky for being a great and very responsive host. House was everything that was described in the listing. Location was close to the beaches and the neighborhood was super quiet. Close to Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. If you have never stayed in Rotonda it is a maze of streets and canals and found it quite interesting. Good Golf courses nearby and many areas to fish. We enjoyed our time, Thank you

Great place to unplug!

My husband and I stayed at this property in March 2022. Very comfortable home, cozy. All beds and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, sufficient toweling available. Bikes available for us in Fair condition. Loved the pool---constantly heated well at 84 degrees, much welcomed in the record heat we had! We love the Rotunda area for much needed down time for walking, biking, golfing! Owner Vicki lovely and constantly available for any questions and to resolve any issues!

Excellent Customer Service

Very nice home in a quiet, yet accessible neighborhood. Five public beaches are within a 25 minute drive and numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes. The home is clean and has all of the amenities needed, including a heated pool with child protective barriers. This came in very handy when our young grandchildren visited. When something needed to be fixed, the owner’s response was lightning quick - faster than any we’ve experienced before. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.
