With private back yard with new dock on Rotonda River. Enjoy fishing or canoeing and listening to the multiple birds singing. Or relax in the Close by five beautiful beaches closest one is around 6 mi or any other within 20-25 minutes, fishing or enjoying unique Boca Grand island, golfing in any of the five golf courses in Rotonda alone and lots of other things like Ann & Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F. Sasy tarts coffee shop and multiple places to eat out are close by. no damages from hurricanes

We enjoyed 2 weeks in Rotonda. The place was very spacious, well equipped & clean. The host (Mike) was very responsive to any questions. The dock was a great place for afternoon sitting. We especially enjoyed the beach at Stump Pass State Park. 5 golf courses within a few miles was an added benefit.

Spring Break trip

Great stay at a fabulous house! We traveled in from WI and were looking to a peaceful vacation with great weather. We definitely got that! The house was perfect for our group of 5. Enough space and everything we needed, including bikes and toys for the kids and beach chairs when we ventured out.The host was very responsive and easy to work with, and also accommodated our last minute request to extend our stay. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is absolutely beautiful inside. Everything was very clean and new, with stylish fixtures throughout. The area is close to many conveniences and not terribly far from the ocean, and yet quiet enough that I didn't hear a thing at night. The beds are very comfortable too. The host was quite pleasant and responsive to my questions. I would definitely like to stay there again!
