We stayed at Palazzo Dama for our wedding weekend at the end of August, and everything was impeccable. The staff was lovely and incredibly accomodating too! We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.

My son and his now wife 😊 had their wedding at this hotel. I did not stay there so cannot comment too much on the room however saw my son and daughter-in-law’s room which was very luxurious with a large balcony overlooking the pool.. They were given Chopard gifts on arrival with champagne which was a lovely touch. As they organised everything themselves I can only comment as a guest however I do know that the female concierge was fantastic and helped them a lot. The food on the day was tremendous. The setting magical and the staff brilliant. A magical day and would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue. A big thank you to all concerned.

Having just returned from a five night break in this hotel in the Palazza Suite , I can say that the hotel itself is amazing , lovely rooms , fabulous comfy beds and the staff could not do enough for you . However, one thing that will stop us returning was the strange arrangement of separate ownership of the restaurant . On 2 occasions whilst we were there, after dining out and returning to the hotel for a night cap, we were told we could not drink in the bar or have a drink around the pool as there were private parties in ( wedding and birthday party). We found this so unacceptable when paying 600 + euros a night for our room. If you are going to book this hotel , then great if you are eating out each night and don’t want to use the bar but if that’s not the case , I would say , steer clear. To be fair the restaurant staff ( especially Anna) were very apologetic about the situation but it didn’t really help . Again , I must stress the hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble

This lovely historic hotel boasts a beautiful common rooms and an infinity pool as well as lovely spacious sleeping rooms with gorgeous baths. The front deck service is very posh and you feel pampered from the start. Breakfast was included and lovely out by the pool although there was an annoying pigeon nicknamed Jerry who kept flitting onto the table. My friends attempted to dine the previous night at the pool to learn that it is owned by a separate group and offers only Peruvian food. I saw several folks dash out for pizza and apparently this group also owns a disco in the bottom floor which can be a disturbance on the weekend, but it was closed as I was there on a Monday night. The location is great as it is on the river (a bit noisy at night) and right off the Piazza del Popola. All in all a lovely place. I would go back but be sure the disco was not open just to be sure I get a good nights rest!

Spent 5 nights in this lovely hotel - great location right by Piazza del Popolo - yet not in the middle of all the tourists. Staff are great and very helpful! Clean & tidy. Super comfortable bed !!!! Lovely lounge, bar and pool area. Will def be back !! Thank you :)

Palazzo Dama is lovely. The hotel stunning, decor great, large rooms, ridiculously comfy bed and the staff were incredible throughout. Positives out the way though, for a 5* hotel, it's looking a little ragged around the edges in places and a decent clean wouldn't go a miss.. I would have left a little disappointed if I had paid full price, but on a deal would stay again.

I can not say one bad comment on this place it was like a garden of Eden in the centre of Rome everyone could not do enough for us to make are trip as special as it was we absolutely loved our time away and will never go back to Rome unless we stayed here again and I normally wouldn’t stay in the same hotel twice that’s how good our experience was!!!

This is an excellent hotel. The pool in the middle of Rome is a real gem.. The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble. Great location away from the Rome crowds and just a short walk to resturants and the best ice cream shop in Rome (just across the Bridge

The hotel and pool area are beautiful. A wonderful time was had in summer by the pool. The room was immaculate except for our balcony which needed a good sweep, but otherwise, a gorgeous view of the pool below and comfortable outdoor seating. The bed was comfortable and the room delightful. All staff were friendly and most helpful, especially at the reception and breakfast service. My only complaint was that the staff around the pool and outdoor bar could be more diligent. On my first visit to the pool area, there was an empty beer bottle rolling under the sun bed, a smashed glass sitting behind another bed, and all ash trays full. I had to let them know as it was obvious staff were not monitoring the area. The bar was not attended for lengthy periods also in which I would give up waiting. However, the staff were always helpful and friendly when asked for assistance. On the whole, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, esp if travelling in summer.

Our stay at Palazzo Dama was divine. The staff was incredible, we felt very taken care of, and everything was so clean and nice. Everything was great except for not being able to swim after 7pm, or wear our robes to the pool past 7pm. :)
