4Bedroom with King bed/ Suite Downstairs

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Every bedroom is large and spacious. Unsafe for children under 12.

Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating.

Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio.

The pool is available. It is not heated. There is some plaster loss that’s a bit discolored. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool cleaner and pool net available.

The pool is being replastered, tiled and mastic repaired end of November.
The space
Each bedroom is large and spacious.
The kitchen is well equipped for most of your cooking/baking needs. Salt, pepper, some spices, oil is provided. Coffee, creamer, sugar is also provided.

All linens, and towels are provided.
Guest access
A keypad is located on the front door for access. It is self-check in.
Other things to note
While there is a fence around the backyard, the pool itself does not have a safety fence. The fence has a lock and there are 3 locks on the backdoor. Once the backdoor is unlocked there is access to the 8ft pool. Guests must use caution and abide by all pool rules. There is a 4ft shallow end, but the host doesn't recommend for non-swimmers.

There is NO lifeguard on duty. Guests must use great caution if children are allowed on the property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

This was a great property for the whole family under one roof. We had a great time together and took advantage of the game room and pool. We would definitely stay here again and will refer others to the house if they visit this area. I had to reach out a couple of times to the owner and she got back to me immediately. This is a great house to stay in. Thank you for everything and for your quick responses.

Welcoming

This was our first holiday without our Mom, so in honor of her memory we decided to do what she loves and that is take a road trip along with our Dad to visit family in Texas. This property is beautiful. The home is very welcoming and warm. The home was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. The furniture (beds and couches) were super comfy. I love the layout of this home. It was perfect for my family. The backyard is breathtaking. My sisters and I shared memories over coffee in the backyard over the gas fire pit. The kitchen is awesome. I was able to prepare my Mom's lasagna recipe with no issues. Laura was great. Speedy response to text messages and calls. Over all, we had a great experience and now have great memories to go along with it!!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
