Great location but just not that nice

Loved the location but ultimately this property feels like an unfinished project with some holes in the walls, unpainted surfaces, etc. This contributes to my biggest complaint, which is that noise travels easily between units, and if anyone staying in the building is up late, you will be too. This could be fine for the right group, but I won't be back.

Here's a polished review you can use: **** We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The owners were super helpful and responded immediately when we had questions. The space was spotlessly clean, and we loved the minimalist decor—no clutter or personal items to work around, which made it feel like a true retreat. Thoughtful touches like tissues, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were much appreciated. We visited Rockport for a concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, and the location was perfect—an easy walk to the venue while also being convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommend this rental for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Rockport Getaway

A wonderful stay in Rockport! Unit was clean, well maintained and offered plenty of amenities. The location made access to stores and restaurants very easy! Owners were super and we highly recommend!

Great stay in Rockport!

It was a wonderful location in Rockport. My husband and I enjoyed the very short walk to Bearskin Neck and the shops /restaurants in Rockport . It was a convenient drive to all things Cape Ann. The private driveway parking was a huge bonus. As mentioned in previous reviews and property description there are quite a few stairs that lead up to apt from the front and back. The apt was clean and the King bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out. The property mgr was very attentive and responded quickly to any inquiries. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient, clean and comfortable

This home was great for 3 adults and a toddler. The keurig and kitchen amenities were exactly what we needed, and the small porch was nice for quiet relaxation in the evening. I would stay again! The washer/dryer was helpful and the air conditioning kept us comfortable.

Absolutely IDEAL!

We stayed a long weekend in this perfect town and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Beautiful furnishings, cozy furniture, along with everything you need stocked inside, walking distance to everything and just overall great time. The style of decor in this house on top of it was something straight out of HGTV. Will be hoping to get this listing booked again before someone else does!!

Excellent location and wonderful accommodations!

This newly renovated apartment struck the perfect balance of aesthetics, function and comfort. Our family of four were extremely comfortable here and the location was exceptional for exploring all that Rockport and Bearskin neck have to offer-beach, shopping, ocean and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. In addition, the owner was quick to respond and the layout was thoughtful and perfect for our needs. The apartment is exactly as pictured on VRBO. I highly recommend this rental.

Ideal location

Communication with Rachel was easy and timely. The beautifully appointed apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is located a few blocks from downtown in a lovely neighborhood. Impeccably clean and maintained property. Highly recommend.
