Three couples stayed there because we were in town for a wedding. Plenty of sitting area, dining room and dinette area, and the kitchen is nice. One day we went into Boston, 2 days, we explored Gloucester and Rockport. We also walked down to the beach everyday.

The location of this property was great. There was on sight parking and check in was easy. The home was very clean and beds comfortable. Pillows were hard and the place is showing some wear and tear. I understand this with rentals but it was expensive. The bathtub did not hold water so taking a bath wasn't an option. Check out was quick and easy.

Comfortable and cozy cottage type accomodations in a cute neighborhood close to everything. The 10 minute walk to beautiful Good Harbor Beach is lovely. Also, 5 minute walk to the Lobster for a most delicious lobster roll so much fun! Everything was as described, great rental for 3 couples or a family.

Walk to beach

Great location to Good Harbor. All the beach accessories that you would need. Well stocked kitchen and very clean!

The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean. Be aware coffee is not provided. The house was nice however the stairs and some of the area rugs especially the kitchen one were very dirty and need more than vacuuming which also did not appear to have been done. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the rug in the kitchen. Other than the very dirty carpet on stairs and area rugs, it was a nice older house. I called VACASA and was told they reported it.

Wonderful weekend in Glouster!

Our stay was exceptional! The property was as advertised with all the amenities and oh SO clean! We enjoyed the easy 10-15 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach - a wonderful beach for people of all ages! The beach chairs, boogie boards and beach cart made it all the more enjoyable! Thank you so much!

Very did I sappointed in the rental, the place needs some deep cleaning. My bed had spiders in, the bedspread in the others room had dried blood stains on it. The bathroom was terrible I had to take the shower curtain down it was all moldy clean the tub. The toilets had blood all around the outside of the toilet. My other guest cut her foot on glass on the rug in the bedroom. I called them they never came. Ruined our vacation two travel from Oklahoma

Outstanding Home!

We were very comfortable in this lovely well appointed home. The house is beautiful and we were impressed with all of the provisions such as shampoo, dishwashing soap, etc. the beds are very comfortable and we felt like we were at “Home”. We are looking forward to another visit to this wonderful home. Great experience for our group!

Great house, quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect for our little family to stay for a wedding weekend. Extremely quiet neighborhood and added security with neighborhood watch making rounds. We felt perfectly comfortable here. Everything was clean and easy to find. Very close to so many things to do and the owner was easy to reach through Vacasa. Highly recommend!
