Didn't like signing up for cards to use in casino. Not interested in all the specials, deals, etc. Should be able to just exchange money for card then play.

I DIDNT LIKE THAT FACT THAT I BOOKED 2 ROOMS TOGETHER THRU ORBITZ AND I WAS ON 5TH FLOOR WHILE THERE WAS ON THE 35TH. I FELT LIKE THERE WAS A BIT BIGGER THAN OURS AT THE END OF THE HALLWAY. WE DID HAVE A GREAT TIME HERE THO AND THE BAND AT THE STAGE 2 BAR WAS FANTASTIC. REALLY KNEW HOW TO GET THE CROWD GOING ALWAYS.

It took 5 hours from 730 pm when I arrived to 1230 am before I got a room because they said it was not cleaned. casino dealer never smiled the first time and acted angry the entire time I played which caused me to only play a few hands. Buffet dinner was disappointingly bland and their were bugs flying around my food. There were mosquitoes chewing on me while I sat waiting for my room in the lobby. Finally they had one person trying to handle all the valet parking and one person at the bellhop desk delivering things so there were long waits there. I will say the gentleman who came on shift at midnight and got me a room within 15 to 20 minutes was nice and professional. Overall I won't be going back

Customer service is non-existent. When I went to check in the front desk could not find my reservation. I showed the email and text confirmation but the lady threw my id and my credit card on the counter and said that she could not find my reservation so I had to figure it out. Normal service would have been to try and assist with the goal of helping the customer. She saw email and text confirmation of my reservation Luckily there are other hotels and casinos in Tunica to choose from

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was. The room service was excellent and reasonably priced.

We were able to check in early.The room was clean, beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful view in our room the hotel itself is beautiful the pool was kind of gross but everything else was really Pleasant

We did not have room cleaned for 3 days. Last day cleaned after complaining 2 times to management.

Clean and recently updated rooms. Wireless was incredibly slow and rooms lack refrigerators. This is still one of the top properties in Tunica Resorts.

Fun two days one night at the hotel. Was a getaway weekend for us.

Gold Strike is the best! This weekend was our Anniversary and we chose Gold Strike to celebrate and it was a blast! Thank you!!!

Our reservation was completely screwed up and they weren't even aware my friend had checked in earlier into a specific room and I told the gal which room and she told me that was not accurate but it was. Then she told me I canceled my reservation I said no I didn't and I had to show her the orbits confirmation number. Then the woman actually called another room asking another guest if she was expecting someone and she said no and I told the lady I don't even know the woman who she called! It was really crazy the way they were so disorganized and I'm not sure what the problem was but on top of that they had a water main line break, so it was not the most ideal stay for us. There was also a baby cockroach in the room upon check-in. We have a picture of it if you'd like to see it.
