Summary:

This is a studio apartment located close to downtown Roanoke. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features a full-size murphy bed for sleeping and fully stocked kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike ride away.



The Space:

This is a petite studio with full size (double) murphy bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing.

Keyless entry provides 24 hour check in and easy access. Check in instructions will be sent via Text message to the number on you account.



The Neighborhood:

The west end of Roanoke is experiencing a renaissance with new restaurants, breweries, and renovations that allow both visitors and residents to experience the best of downtown Roanoke. Weekend stay in Roanoke

This unit is very clean and really all you could ask for in a weekend rental. I am originally from the area, but was back in town for a wedding. I was initially skeptical of the area/neighborhood, but after staying, the area has significantly improved.
