The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical, ancient building, accessible only on foot from the alley in the upper part of the village of Rio Elba. Romantic and cozy, it has been recently renovated in Tuscan style and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, double bed, double sofa bed, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, and washing machine. The center of Rio Elba is just a few minutes' walk down the alley leading to the main square. Public parking is available about 500 meters away, subject to availability. The beach of Ortano is 3 km away and can be reached by car in a few minutes; ample parking is available on site. The beach features mixed sand, and services such as umbrella rental and diving are available for an extra fee.
