Perfect weekend spot for Richmond

Place was amazing for what we did. In town for sports. Awesome location to everything around. Amenities were great. Loved the little home feel. Felt very secure eve though some people thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. I didn't think so at all. The property was very secure, well lite and I had no problems sleeping at night. I would definitely stay there again if I have another sports thing in Richmond.

Nice welcoming House

This was a great place to stay. My daughter was running a cross country race and camping at the state park. We drove up from fl and had to bring our 5 month old puppy and this place was great for me and the pup there is a back porch that I was able to play with her on. Kevin was very easy to get hold of and the house was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

Getaway weekend

The property is pretty great, nice and cozy. The neighborhood is slightly off-putting, but it's fine overall. Have to say the location was great for where I wanted to go: Poe Museum, VFAM, Carytown, etc. All within a short drive. Only suggestion I could add is add some nice curtains to cut out on the light pollution. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Excellent Stay for the Price

5/5 stars. I’ve stayed in much worse for much more money. Very clean, modern feel, perfect size for a family. I stayed with my 8 year old son, and we barely left the residence for our duration, it was so cozy. All stores and food within close proximity. Even provided sodas and bottled water in the fridge when we arrived. When I needed to contacted the property manager, he was quick and efficient, and even stopped by to make sure my minor issue was solved when I didn’t respond to his message. Highly Recommend!

Great place to stay for a Richmond visit

I stayed at this property with my wife and two children during Thanksgiving 2022. The property is just perfect for a family of four with small kids (though any larger group might find the bed space tight). We appreciated how clean and bright it was. The host was very responsive whenever we had a question and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice little house

Our experience at this property was overall great. Driving to it made us feel a little uneasy as it's not in the best neighborhood, but is tucked back on a dead end. There are bright lights shining all around the house 24/7 which was good and bad. The house was very neat and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful!

Cute and super clean house! Loved the location for a couple reasons. First, hooray for parking spaces. Second, everything Richmond was 15 minutes away without the hassle of downtown traffic. We were coming back from Williamsburg the Saturday before Halloween and could bypass the crazy downtown traffic backup. Convenient and close enough, but easy.

Clean space with everything you need

Our stay was everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy and the kitchen equipped with what needed to make a simple meal. We were only about 10 minutes or less from everything, made for a great weekend.

Traveling with family. The house was perfect for our needs. House was exceptionally clean. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was even some bottled water and pop in the refrigerator. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Just What We Needed

Great place with awesome amenities. Had nearly everything we needed. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. Very easy to feel right at home. We came up for Kings Dominion & Busch Gardens. Even squeezed in two days visiting Shenandoah National Park, as well as, the Science Museum of Virginia one afternoon. The property location was perfect for all mentioned. We were unfortunate to visit during a heat wave. Upon check in, we were told there was a backup a/c option for us if needed. Our first night was uncomfortable. Bedrooms weren't cooling down much. Property owner was very responsive when I messaged him the next morning. Not only did he provide the remote for the backup HVAC system, but he brought us two box fans which made a huge difference. We slept much more comfortably the rest of our stay. And besides some WIFI issues that were also promptly fixed, we had no need to contact the property owner the remainder of our stay. For a family of four, this place was perfect for us. We would not hesitate to stay here again if ever visiting Richmond area again in the future.
