Great family home

This home was perfect for our family reunion. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The open kitchen and dining area was big enough for our group of 11 to enjoy meals together each night. Each room has its own bathroom which was convenient. We really enjoyed cooling off in the inground pool after a long hot day on the beach. The beach is a few blocks away, so we decided to pack the car with the beach stuff and drop it off at the beach entrance. Parking is available on the street, but you NEED a parking pass. Otherwise you will be ticketed! We learned that the hard way. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home.

Wonderful vacation home with pool in walking distance to beach and shops

This is a wonderful vacation house. We are a three generation family of 10 plus a small dog and the size of the house was perfect. It was very clean upon our arrival. A bonus is that each bedroom includes a private bath. Linens and towels (including dish towels) being included was another bonus (and beds come already made). Beach towels are not included. There is a two bowl dog dish in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk with arcade and bike rental shop. The pool was a perfect size and there were a few floats upon our arrival. As there is little shade on sunny days, we purchased an umbrella and stand which, upon our departure, we donated to the house since it wouldn’t fit in our car. The kitchen is well outfitted with plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. There is a good variety of mixing and serving bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils and a complete knife set. While there isn’t a drain board, a hot pot and grill tools are included. We had a wonderful week here and look forward to returning next year.

Nice house, great management company

The house was very clean when we arrived. No complaints about the house. Further from the beach then what I expected. The beach was around three long blocks away. The house does have a cart for you beach things though. Very thoughtful. My real joy was with the management company. Received a text from them when we arrived. The text was regarding the check in process and cleanliness of the house. Everything was good but the pool. It was dirty. A lot of brush and bugs in it. We were able to clean the things on the surface of the pool. We couldn’t clean the bottom. We told the management company about it in the text. The next day it was cleaned!! Very happy with their response. Thank you.

Great Family Vacation

Our family has been coming to Rehoboth for many years. After being away for three years due to Covid we could not wait to get back. This house was great for our large group. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was a big hit; the grandkids (and the big kids) were in it every day. The location was also very good, it was in a quiet neighborhood and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. We would drive in when going to the beach to carry all of the beach equipment, but we would walk in if we were just going to the boardwalk, etc. It was a great vacation and we are looking forward to going back again next year.
