Filthy dirty beat up old hotel with utility trucks parked in the lots and section 8 residents everywhere. I did not feel safe and left for a hotel around 10 miles away. I had counted on Days Inn to provide reasonably priced clean accommodations and was seriously troubled by what I found.

Location to where we needed to be was the only positive.

I booked our reservation 6 months in advance. I called ahead the day of and let them know we'd be a late check-in (about 2am). When we arrived exactly when I said we would, we had to wait 15min for the room to be ready. You read correctly. We arrived at our hotel at 2am and had to wait for our room to be ready. Once we got in, we went straight to bed. 13 hour road trip is exhausting. The next day we realized we had only 3 towels (no wash cloths, no hand towels), no trash basket, and no shower curtain. We were able to get the towels and curtain from the front desk once we requested them. We didn't worry about the trash basket, because we assumed housekeeping would give us one once they saw we were using the ice bucket to deposit trash. We stayed 3 nights and never got a trash basket.

A co worker stayed here years ago and warned me that the hotel was seemingly under renovations during his stay and was in poor condition. I assumed that having the years passed the renovations would have been complete. I was wrong in this assumption. This place is in very poor condition inside. From the lobby to the shower it’s all pretty unsightly. And let’s not forget the piece of styrofoam wedged into the door way of the fitness center to tell you that it’s out of service.

Apparently the hotel is still under construction, reviews on this hotel having been saying it’s gettig remodeled for years.

Broken seat cut me, green stains on sheets, front desk had a terrible attitude, barking dog both nights

After nearly 45 years of travel I can honestly say this was one of the top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We were only looking for a clean place to spend a night, knowing we would arrive late and leave early. The website said the fitness center was under renovation...no problem for us on this trip. But walking into this lobby I felt like I was like entering a third world country. Needless to say, the pictures posted here look NOTHING like the ones on the hotels website. Our room had furniture so filthy I was afraid to set anything on it, and the bathroom counter looked like it was wiped with a rag that first cleaned the floor. If it hadn't been so late when we got there we would have left. The next morning the 'breakfast" was literally a coffee machine, a juice machine, and a waffle machine (waffle pieces were scattered along the 10' of empty counter space where the rest of the food should have been). When we expressed our displeasure with the condition of the place, the clerk said they were undergoing renovations. There was no mention of this on either the hotel or Orbitz website, which is unacceptable. THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED! To top it off, when we walked outside in the daylight we saw the entrance 'landscaping' which wasn't visible the night before in the dark. It was then that I thought we may have really stepped into a vortex and landed in the war torn Middle East. Both Marriott and Orbitz should be ashamed to try and pass this off as a viable hotel.

It is a convenient hotel, but the problem was that some of the lamps did not work.

remodeling the place, somewhat empty and clean though.. but the room carpet seemed damp and the staff was amazing.

Booking was cancelled 10/14 pm. THEY DID NOT ENTER IT IN THE SYSTEM !! Called ORBITZ 10/21 am, about this. your customer service rep was to call the hotel and cancel. SHE IS IN INDIA, HER PHONE WOULD NOT GO THRU TO U.S. !!! If this does not get corrected, I'll never use ORBIYZ or DAYS INN again.

Terrible.. room was never touched from time we checked in and we were not compensated any thing for not getting room cleaned and shape hotel was in.. staff didn’t respond to request even when you go to desk and ask for service .. all got from days inn in Pottstown was email saying sorry theyvwould check with staff see why room was missed .. I believe we should of at least been compensated a return stay in them to try and justify why we paid for something we never got.. no one ever called to talk to me from the hotel because they no they were wrong ....

The place is under construction .i was not told this

I stayed here last year, and the place was very nice. When I came this year, the staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The shower curtain, well, would not cover the whole tub so I had to improvise. I got the free breakfast the first morning. It was not good. (It was good a year ago which is why I chose this place again.) It is conveniently located off the highway, and the rate was great so I chose it.

I was certainly not expecting such a bad experience. It started off with them checking me into a room that was already occupied. That's a bit embarrassing to say the least. Then the second room smelled like pot. The ice machines on every floor were broken with signs on them. The soda machines were broken. The A.C. in the room did not work properly. The sheets on the bed did not appear to be clean. It was one debacle after another. I've never been to a hotel with so many issues. I would never go back, nor refer anyone. In fact, I'll make a point of telling people not to go here.

A typical Days Inn. OK simple breakfast. Clean comfortable room. Convenient location.

Unfinished, patched holes in the wall, dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture, trash under the bed, broken chair, severe water damage on the window sill, rips in the sheers and quite possibly the worst offense for a hotel - a crack between the door and the doorjamb so you could see into the hallway from inside the room. That was the room they moved me to after complaining about my first room.

The price was great and my expectations were exceeded upon check-in. There were certainly some 'dings and dents' in my room, but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfectly accommodating. Breakfast was run of the mill (pastries, some fruit, cereal, coffee and juice). The dining area was clean and comfortable. No bar, restaurant or room service.

I had a hard time getting to the hotel because bridge was closed for construction. (not hotels fault) Room was fairly clean but the overall presence of the hotel was not. Internet did not work for the first couple of hours. Front desk was nice enough to call me when it was fixed. Breakfast was not even worth going to. It consisted of some waffle mix and white bread with a toaster.
