The room was clean and the staffs were very nice and helpful. The breakfast, in our opinions, was great, as there were lots of choices on site. One of them was porridge (not 100% sure what is inside) and my wife loved it! However, it was not shown on the second morning we stayed. Also, we forgot to take our Dyson hair dryer with us when we left, and it was on the floor just outside the bathroom. We phoned back and the front desk solved this issue for us within 30 mins. Definitely recommend!

Staff was courteous in assisting with arranging transportation (i.e. calling taxis) to move about. However, we got the distinct impression, as paying guests (my wife and I) staying 5 nights, that the facility felt that it was doing us a 'favor'. Specifically, the room was not visited/maintained i.e. bed linen and towels not changed, though requested, toilet not cleaned and re-stocked, nor garbage collected, room radiator was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep at nights. More variety needed at breakfast. No final statement presented at checkout or prior thereto, although same was requested, particularly in light of all room charges as advertised being paid in advance via credit card, prior to arrival, notwithstanding an additional C$100.00 (room security deposit) which was also requested and paid via credit card upon checking in with promise of full refund at checkout time. No evidence of refund to my credit card so far. Was told on day before checking out, upon inquiry, that room was not to be cleaned since our stay was only for 5 nights. Not sure if this is a documented policy or ad hoc arrangement.
