Agradable comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a través de las grandes puertas de doble vidrio. Amplio dormitorio principal con acceso a patio. Ducha separada con toallas 100% algodón. Excelentes vistas al mar sobre la piscina de la zona común exuberante desde el patio.

Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene una ocupación de 4 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones agradables, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan la zona de la piscina y el patio grande.

Did not honor cancelation policy bad management

I booked this property and within 2 weeks of booking and 2 months before arrival I reached out to the property management and canceled. They wanted the full amount paid even though they were already able to rebook the property. They kept my 200.00 deposit as well as booking fees and finally after trying to charge my credit card again they canceled the room when I told them to stop harassing me. They do not honor their cancelation policy writen on VRBO.. I have proof by email of the cancelation prior to the Dec date. I am a very good customer on VRBO and will never stay with this management again. meroomrooTkept my deposit of 200.0

Long Weekend

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort! Having the ground floor is incredible when coming with little kiddos :) the only downsides were ants on the patio, cockroaches in the closet, 2/3 TVs are old school, and limited outlet access to plug things in.

Great Stay

Have stayed at the Sonoran properties (Sun, Sea, Spa) before and will again. Gave less than perfect rating to “cleanliness” and overall rating because we could not get the master bathroom water warm enough to shower comfortably. The hall bathroom water was normal so all of us showered there. Two other friends were in another rental unit and experienced the same issue. We were in 105. They 207. The shower temperature control on/off handle needs replacement in both units. Hopefully that solves the problem. Otherwise, great stay!

Ground Floor Paradise

Clean, neat, comfortable and everything in working order. There was plenty of room for our group, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics, ceiling fans in every room were a huge plus, the beds were nice and the couch was cozy for family movie night. I loved being on the 1st floor having the ability to walk out on the patio right to the pools or the beach! I will say, if you rent this unit, you might want to bring wash rags, dish rag, paper towels, foil & plastic wrap, salt, koozie’s, beach chairs and beach towels… and in all my years renting on Sandy Beach, not one shot glass! Not negative’s by any means, just things I could have easily packed had I known. I’d stay at this place again in a heartbeat! We had a super time!

Most awful place we've stayed!!!

Daniel I'm sorry to tell you all this in a review, but you never once responded to our many desperate attempts to reach you by messaging, calls, or even the front desk to get any assistance or guidance with the following issues:: First off, none of us were able to log onto your private Wi-Fi. We called several times to the front desk and finally had to walk down there and they had to give me their resort wifi connection. My family spent more time at the front desk then we did in the pool, which made me even more unhappy because I had to go down several times in my wet swimsuit Then we had to ask for more towels over and over again, because we were only given 4 at a time, and we had a total of 6 people in our party, 3 which were girls There were no kitchen towels available, no paper towels, no wash cloths for bathing or wiping down counter tops, no extra toiletp pp, and we had to wait several hrs for water to be brought to us. My husband and i had to go grab supplies because neither you nor the front desk could take care of basic necessities. Also the slider door in the master bedroom is very difficult to open. We never got to enjoy the patio outside our room, and although you had a nice big bathtub it barely held water for 10 minutes before i had to fill it up again. The toilet seat pinches the bottom of your leg ever time we used it. The whole condo smelt like sewage and neither one of the toilets would flush properly. There wasn't a light above the oven range so that we could see when we were cooking. There was also a sticker on the dining room wall that said that surveillance was being recorded, which made us feel very uncomfortable that our privacy was being invaded. Then when I checked out I was told by the front desk gentleman that every message I tried to send to you was actually seen by him because you were unavailable and he personally apologized to us for things being so awful and offered us a free night and I never did see that. It was pretty embarrassing to know that I wasnt messaging you (the owner of this condo) when you let some other hotel employee pose as you. I hope you will treat other guests better with this review. I also hope guests take this review and seriously consider staying at a different resort. Hard working people save all year for a family vacation like this and you still haven't apologized for making mine feel like work rather than rest. VRBO needs to stand by its money back guarantee.

We had a great time

The condo was very nice and the location was excellent. Easy walk to the beach and pool area. Great parking location. However we had a problem with the door in the master bathroom it was stuck and had to go to the office and had them force the door open and replace the door knob. The hot water was almost nonexistent especially in the kitchen while trying to do dishes. No wash clothes in the kitchen and no scrub pads for doing dishes. We have stayed in many different condos that had more basic supplies.

Great vacation

We loved being in a bottom floor unit! Unit was clean and there were plenty of spaces to sleep everyone. Was bummed the washer didn’t work but it happens. We Love the Sonoran Spa and Puerto Peñasco!

Great place

Only problem was that the ac went out one night they came and fixed it the next morning but it went out again that night then they came and fixed it again and this time it stayed working. They dont come and stock your room with toilet paper or towels you have to go ask at the front desk they dont provide paper towels so bring your own. Other than the ac issue it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Property!

You just can't beat the location of this property. Just steps away from three other restaurants/bars. The restaurant on site is very good! Unfortunately it's not open for breakfast or lunch 3-10 pm). The amenities of the Spa property and condo are outstanding! We loved this condo on the first floor. Just a few steps and hit the sand or pool. It's best being on the west side to keep you out of the sun on the patio later in the day. All furnishings are very nice. The two King beds are comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. Appliances are nice. We couldn't have asked for more (except to stay longer!).

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Check in was easy and the condo was excellent. A great size, kitchen had everything you needed, and the bed rooms were quiet and relaxing. Ground floor made the access to pool and beach easy and wonderful. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!
