El hotel está bien, las instalaciones aunque se nota que tienen mucho tiempo están en un estado decento. El personal es amable. Lo único que las toallas te las entregan en recepción y cuando hicimos check in no tenían disponibles, nos dijeron que las llevarían a nuestra habitación pero nosotros tuvimos que volver a recepción a pedirlas.

They only give you one towel, you are not allowed to dirty it with any stains like make up etc., otherwise you have to pay for a new one. In order to get clean ones you have to return the dirty ones first. No hand towels, nothing to dry your hands either. The pool towels were sometimes not enough for everyone and they ran out of clean ones. They have a gorgeous view of the beach nearby one and the pools were very good and at night the heated pool was perfect. Rooms had AC which was nice. A few bugs occasionally got in the room, like a few lizards and this weird flying bugs. Other than that the hotel was decent for what you paid for.

Not safe if you have kids younger than 7 years old. It’s by the beach, but to get there you must descend about 4 floors walking on a concrete ramp without rails that has a steep slope. Between the beach and the hotel there is a guest house not part of the hotel. The rooms say NO SMOKING, but when we got to our room the room was impregnated with cigarette smell. I opened all windows and doors for about 2 hours, after my head began to hurt, I made the only employee I saw up front aware of it; and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t say it at arrival. After I pushed, he said he would speak to management and let me know, but did ask me if I had undone the beds already. We went out to dine, when we came back he did change our room and we got to rest, and we headed out the next morning. While the night, a couple were smoking weed at the pool area. The pictures of the pool make this place look kid friendly, or family oriented but it is not.

Property lacks of maintenance, landscaping in very poor condition, pool is often cleaned, they have only 1 exterior shower to remove the sand and Waldron the beach and this shower was or is permanently broken. Not enough beach towels, they give white towels instead and warned us of 300 pesos fee if returned with stains. Reception is not much friendly except for a young lady.

I enjoyed my stay and would come here every time when I visit puerto. Staff was really nice. It’s very convenient, right to the point, beds, ac, tvs and beach access. It’s mom and pop so I totally loved that, I don’t like the corporate feel so I will definitely come back. Beach access was great and I saw a lot of complaints of their access but you can’t find beauty at your fingertips so the only walk was worth it. Very beautiful and loved my stay.

Stay away piece of garbage

The hotel is a piece of garbage. Looks completely horrible , I asked to see the room and it was so disappointed. I walked away. Good think I selected to pay at the property so I didn’t stay at villa mexicana. That property should be 1/4 of start

El lugar está bien por el precio, solo para llegar a dormir, hay muchas áreas en construcción y descuidadas. Sin embargo la habitación muy bien, camas cómodas, televisión grande, baño espacioso. Si volvería a usar este hotel.
