Great location near BYU and the Provo River. Hard to find a better location in Provo.

God awful experience. I've never experienced such rude, atrocious customer service and dirty facilities. No extra chair on balcony even though all other 2nd floor rooms have one. Spiderwebs in room and above bed, in corners of living room and on patio. Jets in tub dont work, pool and hot tub is closed, advertised it was open online. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Half of bedroom doesn't have electricity. Screen door broken. Found a masquerade mask under bed and pink feathers pushed behind furniture. GROSS! Back of door has sign been ripped off. Employee refuses refund and it was our problem we didn't check first and blamed us for issues with room. Unwilling to reimburse even a partial refund for issues and lack of amenities advertised

The front desk staff was great. Very nice, very helpful. The hotel is starting to show its age. The walls of our room had a lot of marks on them and the ceiling did too. They looked like splatter marks that had just never been washed off. The door was missing a cover plate for the electronic door lock. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pretty sure the bearings are going out in the exhaust fan of the bathroom as it is extremely loud.

I liked the price. The room was spacious. The stairwell was dirty, the carpet was stained and hadn't been vacuumed for a while. And then my room obviously wasn't vacuumed. There were crumbs of food everywhere on the floor.

Good location, quiet, easy parking, nice staff. We weren’t looking for a fancy place with all kinds of amenities. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and I’ll be back.

We were really disappointed in this place. The staff didn’t wear masks despite a city mandate, the breakfast was completely canceled. We were not even offered a grab and go option or a simple breakfast basket. The place feels dirty and run down.

The staff was nice, but our room stunk really bad and wasn’t very clean. The mattress was also very hard. The soda machine was across from our room and it was making a very loud sound.

This is a great hotel in a beautiful spot and convenient to everything you might need and want. Our room was clean and neat. I hope they will continue and improve on the upkeep of the whole hotel. As it gets older there were a few things that looked like they were being let go a bit.

Receptionist didn't speak english well. but was nice. Would stay again.

Our second stay was so different from our stay a week before. This time, the room smelled fresh and clean (no cigarette smoke smell). All the appliances worked, the a/c was quiet, the room was cool when we walked in. The hair dryer was firmly attached to the wall. We were pleased.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke although I requested a non smoking room. It was warm inside because the a/c was unplugged (found out why later on). It was very loud, we couldn’t sleep from the noise that we had to turn it off. The refrigerator was unplugged too, it took a long time to get it cold. The microwave kept tripping when I tried to use it. My husband had to press the on button on the power surge while I heat up our food. The hair dryer was hanging loosely on the wall and when I tried to use it, the whole thing fell off. It wasn’t attached to the wall. The carpet In our room and in the hallway have stains and look dirty. It was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.

They didn’t have the room I had reserved. The beds were very “springy” and firm, and there was a huge hole in the shower tile. The bath wouldn’t stay filled either, the water just leaked out the whole time.

Enjoyed my stay, clean and comfortable and very affordable.

The property was very nice. The only problem was the internet was very slow.

This property is overdue for a refresh. But the location is good and the staff is nice.

Good breakfast for the price paid, but even though the hotel was almost empty they didn't seem accommodating for a family with kids
