I booked and paid in advance for a suite and it was sold out when i got there. I was offered a refund or a downgraded room. The room I got smelled like urine and the window was wide open, possibly to air it out. The carpet looked like it was 40 years old. The AC unit sounded loud and clanky. But the loud AC covered up the sounds of the airport. The staff was nice, despite all that.

Property was clean and staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful

Very quiet except for the plumbing ... you could hear water when other units flushed or ran the tap. I was able to walk to get food for dinner. It is very close to Airport.

The hotel is quite dated and you can tell it's been renovated 45 times, but overall, it's clean. The staff were nice but I could tell they hate their job. The hotel shuttle is a pain in the ass but I figured it out. I'm indifferent about staying here again. Amenities were very minimal in the room so bring everything you need with you. The towels smelled like used baby wipes and had yellow stains on them. Certainly not a five-star place but it's an easy 2.5 or 3.

I was pretty happy with the location and the price. At 3 am several very loud people walked up and down and back again outside my room. Woke me up. Three times. Not sure if that was guests or staff but it was pretty aggravating seeing as I had to leave at 5:45. The hotel is very close to the airport and they will shuttle you over at no charge. That was very convenient. The staff I met were very cordial and professional.

Excellent hotel near Providence airport. We took a 2 week vacation. Checked in and left our car there Transport to and from the airport was stellar.

From the shuttle to/from the airport, and arriving well before check in, the staff was very polite, accommodating, and friendly. I had a double room, of which one of the mattresses was pretty lumpy, the other very nice. But the overall conditions were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I normally do not write reviews.. but i feel i need to!!! we booked with traveling with our two children. After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical and almost booked with another area hotel.. And we are glad we DID Not.. so many people had written negative comments but we cant validate any of them. 1. the hotel is in a great location and walking distance to everything and great if you take MTA into Grand Central. 2. Staff is excellent, 3. Rooms were clean.. yes they are not big!! or huge as many complained, but what did you expect in nyc and if your staying hanging out in a hotel room it means your not enjoying what the city has to offer.. we had four of us.. and with bags for 2 days... and it was fine... if you really need room then you need to book a large suite with multiple rooms and pay 3x as much.. its all what you make of it.. 4. rooms were adequately furnished beds were comfortable. 5. So many complained about the bathrooms we still cant figure it out whats wrong with them .. they were fine for us.. 6. The price point was great / normal for the room in this part of nyc.. We are just glad we took other reviews comments with a grain of salt and stayed.. we will book again for sure

We left the room at 8:00am and returned at 10:00pm, and there had been no maid service. They did little to remedy the situation. Not likely to stay there again.
