I recently stayed at this hotel for business and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The pool and fitness centre exceeded expectations - I was surprised to even see it had everything from a wading pool for infants to a lane pool for lap swimming. The location cannot be beat. The waterfront, the museums, and lots of great bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel also attaches to the convention centre. The staff at the hotel is very polite and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

We love this hotel and stay here when we can. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are clean, the service is amazing. Always a great view from any room. On the harbour and walking distance to so many of the sights. Parking and restaurant on site.

Booked this hotel as part of a week long trip across the east coast. Stayed here two nights. Great location along the water front, underground, secure parking, and HUGE, well-appointed rooms. The view was pretty good of the harbor as well. Close to many great restaurants and coffee shops, easy access to the highways.

New hotel in a great location overlooking the harbor - ask for a room with a harbor view. Easy walking to many of the local sites. dinner at the Water's Edge restaurant was outstanding. The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful.

Lovely building, very good amenities, courteous and attentive staff. Check in was quick and easy, after several hours on a motorcycle on a very hot day it was much appreciated. First thing we all gathered (four couples) in the pool to cool off. Lots of towels pool side and everything clean and tidy. Didn't use it, but there was a very well equipped gym beside the pool as well. Over all a lovely stay in a great location in walking distance to Confederation Centre, restaurants and bars with entertainment.

I had booked a room with a queen bed and requested a cot for my son. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a large room with 2 queen beds due to elite status. My son was thrilled! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is somewhat dated but located right near the water. It has underground parking for $18/day and it was an easy walk to the waterfront, restaurants, Confederation centre, and stores. There is one small elevator to the garage and 3 other elevators to the floors with rooms (2very slow and one pretty good). The staff are very friendly and there is an activity desk in the lobby to book excursions. They lent us towels to go to the beach, and even put them in a beach bag and threw in some sunscreen😊 The room had a small fridge but no safe.

Great hotel all around. Friendly staff, great rooms with decent water views, great location, easy to get to, lots of parking. Stayed here on points so I can't comment on price. Lots to experience and shop all around outside the hotel.

Higher priced than others in the town yet worth it! Comfortable stay - good bed and house cleaning service (the lady made a towel cow and put it on our bed. How cute and nice! :)) Great location - close to harbour, restaurants, and shopping; everything within 5 minute walking distance. Highly recommend!! Cons: pay parking (the hotel charges customer $18 per day vs $15 for non-customer. Odd..); dysfunctional fridge (we have to use the ice bag to keep the milk for our 3-year-old son) Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it. :)

My husband and I liked the Delta Hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect to walk to theatre and restaurants. If we are in Charlottetown again, we will stay at the Delta.

We stayed at the Delta Prince Edward on July 30, 2017. We have been to PEI more times than I can count, but until this trip we had never stayed in Charlottetown or in a hotel. Previous trips have all been camping, in cabins or roadside motels and for the last many trip always with our kids. This was our first adult trip to PEI in close to 25 years. We booked the Delta not only because it was a name we knew but also because of it's location. Our goal was to be able to park and explore the city with the Delta as our home base. It worked out perfectly. I booked a King City View room. It might have been city view, but honestly it was still great! The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great. There is a large sitting area with a sofa and a flat screen TV. The room was very clean. Check In and Check Out were so simple. I used their app to do a pre-checkin and the rooms keys were waiting when we arrived. Couldn't have been any easier. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The location of the Delta is perfect. You can walk to the water, downtown or just explore and you still stay fairly central to the hotel. I would most definitely stay here again and hope to book another Delta soon!
