I cant even begin to summarize our experience here. Right from the moment we contacted them about making a reservation for our 10 year wedding anniversary, we felt that it was going to be made special from the moment we arrived. I was in contact with the front desk manager Hassan Baz, he is AMAZING. We traveled all the way from Regina, Saskatchewan and upon check in we were greeted with smiling faces and most welcoming arms. We were informed that we had been upgraded. We went up to our room to discover we had been upgraded to a suite. The room was decorated with rose petals, animal towel art and we were left a platter of appetizers and wine to enjoy. Simply AMAZING. Seeing as it was already later in the evening, we figured going down to the restaurant/lounge for some drinks and nachos would be a great way to end the evening. The waitress that served us said, "your the couple elaborating their anniversary", we responded a little shocked with a Yes and inquired as to how she knew and she pointed up to the waterfall on the wall to see our picture being projected , congratulating us on our anniversary. We were in shock and in awe that we were being recognized this way and how special we felt. Our entire 3 night stay here was outstanding. Everyone here at this hotel made this trip simply amazing and for this we are grateful. The location cant be beat- close to the water and downtown. Thanks!!! You need to stay here if you are travelling to PEI, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed here with a small tour group for two nights in late September. The Delta PEI is a very nice hotel and very nicely situated near the waterfront. The older downtown area is within an easy short walk from the hotel. Service is quite good and food is good, too. The hotel was easily able to accommodate my wife's gluten-free requirements (she has celiac). The hotel has a fairly modern feel to it with a nice lobby bar with good service. The waterfront is just a few steps away and is furnished with Adirondack chairs making for a comfortable "sit down" to watch the boats come and go. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants for a quick drop in. We would stay here again.

We stayed three nights at The Delta hotel in Charlottetown. It is so well located near good restaurants and near the water. Very comfortable bed in the room. Beautiful views! Easy, convenient parking. Great breakfast in The Water's Edge restaurant. Ryan is an especially noteworthy staff member and all we're helpful and personable. We'd stay there again for sure!

We arrived a day after the worst storms in decades had struck PEI.The people at the desk had been on for very long because of the conditions, such as the loss of power island wide. The lady that checked us in went all out to make our stay very comfy. there were three couples in our group. I am a regular guest of Marriott properties and they treated me with all the extras that come with the status I have with the chain.( Marriott rewards is a great program). We asked for a high floor and got it and we all got rooms on the same floor. The front desk lady made us feel like family and the Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and helpful with one of us that seemingly was allergic to all food. They went way out of their way to help. Great stay. just three nights.

This hotel is within walking distance to the main drag of restaurants & shops. We loved it. Rooms were modern an comfortable. I would go back in a second! We faced the bay / water, & the breakfast buffet consisted of many choices to begin the day.

Stayed at the Delta Prince Edward hotel as part of a Tauck tour. Predictable excellent accommodations and restaurant experience. Fantastic lounge area for small groups enjoying an evening. First rate amenities. Walking around Charlottetown was great with many attractions.

We were there for a business meeting last weekend and was very happy with the service and attention to detail from the staff. The underground parking was a bit expensive but that would be the only negative. Would stay there again when in town.

I stayed at this hotel for a week while working at two different locations on Prince Edward Island. The experience was great from check in to check out. The staff was very attentive despite a regular influx of large busloads of travelers. This hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy downtown Charlottetown's restaurants and perfect for a walking tour of the waterfront. Their amenities are complete except that their is no Concierge level. They do however have a great breakfast buffet which, for Marriott Rewards at the higher level, they provide vouchers. The gym is complete and there is a separate free weight room and a large and well cared for pool on the 2nd floor. My favorite part of the fitness facility however is their sauna which was the most consistently hot and well cared for that I have found in a hotel in the last decade. It was a treat I gave myself after each workout. The staff from housekeeping to maintenance were personable, professional and attentive.

We had a king size bed on the 5th floor overlooking the harbour for 2 nights. Outstanding. Bed was very comfy and the only glitch we had was spotty internet as they warned us they were upgrading their system. The location on the harbour was perfect and we had a lovely walking all over Charlottetown with the ability to pop back to our room for a rest or change of clothes. Staff were extremely helpful whenever we asked for or about something. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Our preferred Hotel when we travel is Delta, now a Marriott product. My wife & I do a lot of road trips. We are in Charlottetown PEI & at the Delta, a little conflicted.... Firstly, the reception, first impressions & the people, outstanding & a pleasure, wonderful people. The property, a little tired & dated. Parking under the hotel could be marked better directing you to the hotel elevator. The halls have nice wall lights, most of which are burned out or not turned on in favour of obnoxious florescent lights above each door. We had to put a towel at the door so the room was dark enough to sleep. You can put your hand under the door, that's how much space under the door. The room, clean but dated. We had a leak in the bathroom which was fixed promptly. We had a nice large room with a great view, however it had an adjoining room with the usual locked door between. We can hear every word from our neighbour & their TV at 6 am. All being said, we would stay here again. The Delta staff & front line folks are awesome & make the difference..... Great folks.....
