As expected in a Delta, the room was excellent. Enough said. What sets this apart is the PEI in all the staff. Reception, restaurant, room cleaners....all were what you’d expect in your own home. Friendly, more than willing to help you find a place to eat....even if not in their hotel... pet your dog. Our server, Ash, brought maps of the island to the table and marked the places she’d recommend for us to see. Popcorn machine in the foyer. Beautiful location. Would go back in a minute.

I was visiting PEI for the first time and stsy3d over in Delta. Great hotel service and also great for business functions. It has a lot of great spots around. You also do not want to miss two main things in this island 1. Lobster (of course) 2. Ice cream from COWS. they claim to be the best ice cream in Canada. I guess they are right!

I stay at this location a few times a year while travelling for business. Hotel staff are excellent and always ready to help. Check in and check out are always very fast and efficient. My room was very spacious and very clean showing attention to detail. Had breakfast at the Restaurant on site. Very good and reasonable price. Parking is underground an easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this location for business or pleasure. It is located on the waterfront in downtown Charlottetown close to restaurants and entertainment as well as the Charlottetown Harbour boardwalk and the beautiful Victoria Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Charlottetown, PEI and the Delta on Queen Street. Our room overlooked some quaint shops and the beautiful Basilica. Others had waterviews. Hotel has all the amentities. While the restaurant is very small the service was friendly and helpful. There are more restaurants, pubs and cafe's than you could count. Staff is friendly, very helpful making this a would be happy to return again and again.

Was at the Delta for a conference for CPS-ECP in later October. The staff was always friendly especially Emilly in the bar area. The rooms are ok and was able to get a harbout view from the 6th floor. The staff during the conference were very good. Had a problem at breakfast when I was charged for tea when it was included but was fixed when pointed out. When I was there 2 elevators were slow to very slow with one of them at times out of service which would then leave one fast and one slow elevator in service. Nice touch have the chairs outside to sit on when waiting for people.

Yes this is a nice hotel but the rooms are pretty bland. Most do have a view of the harbour. Beds are very comfortable. Our lock didn’t work for a day but staff did try to fix it. I find it annoying that you have to pay so much for parking on top of your room. The rate for guests-$18 is more than the full day rate for non guests-$15. I guess they don’t park overnight but still I think that is excessive. One of the elevators was not working which slowed things down. Personally I think this hotel is more expensive than it should be.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was very impressed. The staff was extremely helpful, I needed extra assistance to conduct a webinar from my room and they bent over backwards for me. Maureen at the front desk is terrific as were the maintenance staff who helped move the phone in my room. The rooms are quite lovely. Newly renovated with pretty little benches to lay on by the window. And the fish and chips were delicious in the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel with good location near bars, restaurants. I was only in briefly on business, so I dined in the hotel restaurant, which was fine; quick attentive service. I thought 20$ for parking myself a wee bit steep. The elevators were awfully slow, but they know that and are fixing them. Cute signs in the stairwell to encourage you and provide Marriott points, free coffee etc. I would stay there again.

Very attentive staff and a lot of personal touches. The only negative thing that happened was my mattress was damp but the staff responded immediately with a new mattress and hand written apology! Nothing to complain about it was a clean well maintained hotel and a staff that is a rare find with how friendly and attentive they are! Fantastic hotel!!

We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and this hotel was such a perfect place to stay. We had a wonderful room overlooking the harbor.. window seat to watch all the cruise ships and boats coming and going. Staff could not have been more pleasant.. every time walking in and out of the lobby they always asked how we were doing and asked if they could help us etc.. We did also have a great breakfast each morning in the lobby restaurant.. great omelets and perfect service... The hotel is clean, great location and we will definitely be going back!
