The staff at the Rodd Royalty are very friendly and helpful. The check-in experience was fast and effortless. The loft suite was huge, well-maintained, clean and suited our needs for a family-friendly vacation spot. The pool area was clean and water temperature was perfect. Breakfast was a good hearty delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel

Room floor was so dirty that the bottom of your feet were dirty. Used a towel to wipe water from the floor and it turned it brown. The whole hotel needs some serious renovations. Pool tiles cracked and missing all over. Pool towels used to be white but are dirty and brownish. Breakfast food was gross and cold. Never will I be back to this hotel.

Great stay as always but they desperately need to jack up the friggin heat in the pool and in the room. The water is so cold that its to the point where my kids lips turn blue. Then when they get out of the water to go down the slide the room temperature is also freezing.

Great location, family suite perfect, lots of space. Pool and waterslide is nice but unfortunately not heated. They need to heat it!!!! The pull out double couch was great but the throw cushion smelled terrible ( so need a good cleaning). Breakfast was great and hotel is nice.

Its a bit dated, and the sound proofing between rooms is non existent. Unfortunately, I had really loud and early rising neighbours, which didn't help after a not so good nights sleep! The bathroom seemed newer, although the sink area was small. I would have appreciated a comfy chair for relaxing in. Definitely not 4.5 stars, maybe a 3
