The first floor consists of a living room, reading room, small office with computer, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, common bathroom and kid’s office. Two separate staircases, linking the ground floor to the first floor and the first floor to the upper floors. A small indoor patio with an area of 20 m2 and plenty of natural light complementing the dining room.
The upper floors include 3 broad suites:
“Sweet Shadow” king size, “River Suite” king size with twins option and “Ocean Suite” super king size. All beds are comfortable and soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Colunex brand. All suites have a closet, private bathroom, air-conditioning and high quality hypoallergenic pillows that are soft to the touch.
Daily housekeeping.
The house is fully equipped and boasts a balcony with an area of 14 m2 with a vast and exclusive view of the Douro River.
The total area for private use in accommodation totals 306 square meters, including a covered parking space for one vehicle.
