Best hosts EVER!!! The space was beautifully maintained and had many amenities. Extremely comfortable beds! The hosts left a very comprehensive notebook detailing restaurants, shopping areas, local spots of interest and public transportation. They always answered messages promptly. This is by far the best Vrbo experience I have ever had.

Cozy beach cabin feeling get away in the middle of the city. This little gem was amazing! The hosts had great taste. I was greeted by little welcome sweet treats, and the place was more than stocked. Great neighborhood to walk around. Grocery shopping and restaurants closes by. It’s easy to stay cozied up on a stormy day here.

Chris and Karen have done an outstanding job setting up their home as a rental. It has everything you would want and is extremely comfortable. 5 stars isn't enough for this property...highly recommend!

Karen’s place is cheerful, comfortable and well-stocked for a great visit to Portland. The property is in a safe, pretty neighborhood with beautiful Laurelwood Park and several restaurants nearby. Karen left us snacks to enjoy. We didn’t have time this trip to enjoy the hottub or firepit. Karen provided a thorough, helpful information notebook. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolute Best Possible Stay

There are not enough stars to rate my family's stay at this wonderful place hosted by the kindest most thoughtful people. Karen and Chris are gems!The property is amazing. So cute and clean and thoughtfully laid out and well taken care of. The AC was great on a warm Portland day, and the hot tub was awesome on a cool night. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is well stocked and clean. The location is great as well. This is THE PLACE to stay if you're traveling to Portland. There were even fresh baked cookies, berries from the farmers market, and a bottle of wine with a hand written note waiting on us when we arrived. So sweet and personable.I CANNOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ENOUGH.Don't waste your time. Book this place NOW before I get a chance to go back for even longer next time.

2nd time staying at this property

We rented this getaway for the 2nd time this year. The hosts are beyond friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and charming in a great neighborhood close to grocery stores and good eats. We hope to be back again soon!

Cozy apartment in Laurelhurst neighborhood

A couple friends and I met in Portland and stayed in this lovely rental. This 2 bedroom unit has been skillfully redone to every last detail. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was perfect (for 3) after touring the city, and the fire pit space was inviting. Beds were comfy, and hangout space inside was perfect. I haven’t stayed in this neighborhood before, but we enjoyed the tree lined streets among beautiful older homes. Karen, the host, was responsive and thoughtful.

We are east coasters who love the PNW. We wanted to skip the hotels this time around and this property exceeded our expectations. It has a wonderfully cozy feel and is situated in a lovely neighborhood that is close to everything. The hosts are super friendly and thoughtful. This booking will be our first choice when we visit again.
