Welcome to this charming house in Port Richey. This marvelous property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, including 1 queen bed with military style bunks perfect for kids and 2 king beds in the other two rooms. The Room with bunks has a full bathroom attached to it and the second full bathroom is off the kitchen. The living room features a large sectional sofa that turns into a queen bed for extra comfortable sleeping if need be. The kitchen features 4 stools at the snack bar and 6 person table and is well stocked with everything you would need. The property is a developing campground so we have RV sites available to rent as well, a floating cabin that sleeps 4 and a lake with kayaks and fishing. We also have a community fire pit if you'd like to roast a marshmallow or two and meet some new friends. You are a little over a mile to the gulf where you can eat on the many waterfront restaurants, take a charter, play some mini golf or pet an alligator. We have over 16 acres to explore or stretch your legs or if you rent a gulf cart you can check out the area we are a gulf cart friendly town. We have a publix, walmart, family dollar, ice machine, laundromat and gulf cart rentals and excellent fish market all within walking distance. We are a 16 acre paradise located in the heart of the city surrounded by all the large trees and lush vegetation and lakes that you'd never know was there until you pull in.
