It's pet friendly, which is ok, but housekeeping did not do a good job. Room stank of urine. Also, a previous guest had used the ice bucket as a trash can and housekeeping had not cleaned it. The desk staff was efficient and friendly.
Never have a problem with any La Quinta's. Staff is great, room were clean. Only prole is it's located right on the entrance ramp for I 95, so we did here some loud motorcycles gunning their engines getting to to highway speed. We will stay here again.
I think because of price, this hotel attracts clientele that are not as respectful of the property as other places. The room is nice at first glance but bed is very hard, seems old and no cushion, had to ask for an additional comforter to sleep on top of bed. Other than that room was good. But the halls, pool (out of order) and other areas were heavily used and in need of updating or touch ups. Location is noisy but not their fault...onramp out my window is a little noisy but not bad. Semi truck in parking lot running all night was louder, but thankfully on other side of building.
We were there for 2 nights, and they were short staffed and didn’t clean our rooms. They were not full. They were happy to provide fresh towels at the desk.

Time to gut & rebuild. Bathroom was worn out with moldy shower. Toilet rocked side to side, mold around sink lip. Entire place is so dirty & disgusting. Was almost afraid to use elevator as it made noises that groaned. Told staff about all, and they said , Oh well, blew it off. Won’t be using La Quinta in my future plans.
The hotel is conveniently located- rooms were clean and stylish. Staff went above and beyond. Would def stay here again.

My room was directly across from the elevators which is a terrible placement for any room, there was slamming doors people talking carousing in the hallways right outside of my door all night and promptly at 8AM when I had just fallen asleep, The cleaners arrived at the rooms on either side of me slamming toilet seats doors and a two way radio going off the whole time announcing other rooms to be cleaned 😤 it was an impossible night and when I called the front desk to complain I was told, "they have to do their job regardless of the noise" By a gentleman named Danny at the front desk ! I would like a full refund and I’ll probably never stay in any of your hotels again anyone who is trained to speak to a customer that way is a fool !!!

EVERYTHING WAS FINE! COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY THERE WAS A EXHAUST FAN AND CEILING LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM BUT NO SWITCH TO TURN EITHER ONE ON! Looked in and outside the bathroom
It was very quite and clean. The staff was great and polite. The breakfast was fantastic
Easy & quick check in. Pleasant staff & clean rooms. Only problem had was room card keys would not work. Had to get new ones 5x's in 3 days. Also, elevator broke & would not go to Fourth floor.
What I think would be helpful is signs for hotel. Had to do a couple of u turns attempting to get to location.
