Friendly, welcoming staff and great housekeeping. This hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. Stayed in the Suite, with King Bed and Harbour View. The view from my room was awesome. The only downside is, my room was close to the main road and was a bit noisy at times but I’m still happy with my choice. This hotel is very close to restaurants, bars and about 45 minutes to Boca Grande beach which is beautiful little town.

They had a “glitch” in their system and overbooked. They moved me to a Days Inn 15 min away. It was like a seedy motel and I felt uncomfortable checking in so late at night. Will never trust this property again!
The property did not honor our Orbitz reservation. Booked the room on Orbitz three months ahead then received email from the hotel at 3:00 day of check in stating they had canceled our reservation because they had oversold and would not be honoring the Orbitz bookings I had even contacted the hotel a week prior, to confirm my reservation and ask about amenities. At that time, they treated me like a regular Marriott guest. But when I called the hotel today asking why my Reservation was not being honored, they continuously referred to me as a “ third-party” guest. I would not recommend this hotel
We arrived at 8:30pm with three children, having traveled all day. Upon check-in, we were told that they overbooked and we needed to stay at the hotel across the street. We received this information after calling to confirm twice that day. The hotel we were moved to was very nice and accommodating but they did not have an extra bed for our third child, who ended up sleeping on a chair.

Super clean and I believe brand new hotel with everything you need and walkable to go to out down to the strip for dinner and drinks!! Staff was super friendly and helpful!!!
