Great location, needs a lot of maintenance

The house is in a great location on the beach, great layout for our group . The house needs a lot of maintenance. The doors on the lower level exiting to the beach did not open, the bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable I had to take Advil to sleep in the bed. They also only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a four day stay. The TV on the bottom floor cut out constantly,making it extremely difficult to watch . But they did have amazing towels! Hopefully the rental company will put some love into this house.

No stress!!!

The property was amazing. View amazing. Listening to the waves at night. Amazing. Plenty of room for family and friends. Fished. Found sharks teeth. Played with the grandchildren. Can’t wait to come back.

Unbelievable Beachfront Location

We wanted a beachfront property and this place was perfect! Not only great private beach but the seashells were absolutely incredible! Everyone enjoyed finding seashells!

Very good time, Nice Home

Loved the size of the home. Plenty of room for a large family. Beds were comfortable. Good kitchen amenities. Had a little trouble with a couple of the tvs and remotes when we got there but we got it figured out. The view was of course fantastic as the property is directly on the beach. A couple of minor things: There was a rusted chair turned over in the backyard. It looked like it had been there for some time. Our 18 year old is a tidier. She went to move it and was bit by ants. The chair surely should have been moved during cleaning or by whoever does the yard work. The door that goes outside from the laundry room stopped opening a couple of days into the trip. The hinges are on the outside so I think the moist salt air probably affected that. There were more camp style chairs than beach chairs which were not as beach friendly. Weirdly none of the 5 bathrooms started with a full roll of toilet paper (1 had no toilet paper) and the extra rolls were also partially used small rolls. Not a big deal, we added toilet paper to our shopping list, but it seems like each bathroom might have started with a new roll. There were PLENTY of beach towels There was a cooler provided that you could take back and forth to the beach The master bath shower was awesome!! Loved the walk in closet. Good sized rooms. So much space. We would stay again!

Wedding Weekend

My family was in town for a wedding and decided to make a vacation out of it. Everyone was traveling to Ponte Vedra from different parts of Florida and reacted similarly when touring the home after arriving. They were surprised by the large bedrooms, location on a quiet stretch of beach, and expansive home. A couple of my children were working remotely and were able to find a quiet spot to conduct business away from the rest of the group. The house was better than described, and there were no problems entering the house after dark (a light was left on for us). The home was extremely clean, well-stocked, had comfortable beds, and you can't beat the location. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to renting again in the future.
